I am currently on Havoc ROM and I miss the stock OnePlus Camera app. Does anyone know if there is a port or Magisk module of the Oneplus 7 Pro camera app for AOSP Roms? The integrated lineage os camera is not as well ?
Havoc os Dev team had a breakthrough and is currently porting the op camera in all of its goodness to havoc so be patient for that release.

But can you recommend any custom kernel for krexus 7.1.1?

Miui 8 except camera error
- MIUI 8 is good for moderate use, great battery life and no heating issue(Camera flash bug). Rom is bit slow.
- RR 5.8.0 is good but it has heating issue and battery problem even with Caesium Kernel. It has data toggle reboot problem.
- My recommendation Cm14, CM13 with VoLTE and LineageOS without VoLTE (Best rom for our device as per my view), hope LineageOS comes with VoLTE.
1.MiUi is one of the best roms if you want simplicity and a few customization, the theme store is very well maintained and the music player is beautiful , additionally they have the best animations in the game!
2. RR rom is pretty stable and quiet polished..but it has battery issues,camera issues and a lot more..But it has a vast amount of settings available..so if you love flashing customizing and all that developer stuff then go for RR
3. The other option is Aosp ..it has one of the most polished UI and the everything works pretty fine!The battery life is great..and the customization is to its peak.
(AND IF YOUR FLASHING ANY 7.1 ROM MAKE SURE YOU FLASH A CUSTOM KERNEL)
Found this working on redmi note 3.. tried it.. successfully working on REDMI NOTE 4(MIDO) for custom roms..
(but not on roms based on oreo)

I tried and it does not work on Oreo. Too bad!
I was having a crash using the lineageos camera and switching to front camera.
Well, by installing MiuiCameramod.apk and doing a Front Camera and Back camera switch using Miui ported camera app the Front Camera started to work perfectly (also in Lineageos camera).

Pixel experience is very smooth and light rom. But camera softwares doesn't work atm with pixel experience:/

Afaik, a true OOS ROM will never come on the RN7 Pro or any non-OnePlus device. What you could get is a OOS themed AOSP based ROM. But even for that, we are quite some time away.

Nice to see that this is being worked on, because i'm also interested in trying out Oxygen OS.
I saw that it has been ported (or recreated in AOSP) to other Xiaomi phones, but I didn't expect someone to get it seemingly working on the RN7P this quickly.
