Hello!
Is it possible to deactivate the consumption display or to reassign the button?
The steering wheel buttons for the multifunction display in the speedometer overlap with the consumption display of my PX5.
How can I reassign this one button? The "Remapping" function jumps immediately to the fuel consumption display when I press this button, so I couldn't simply reassign the button.
What does reseller suggest?

Hi,
Anyone know if its possible to remap the above to launch applications?
The only button that can be mapped as standard is Button 1 (Hold) - what a bummer
Use AEBPlus. You can remap also red/green buttons and D-pad.
Thanks, it works now!
Hi all,
Is there an application out there that let's me assign all the hardware buttons on the TD2 to various applications? For instance, it really bothers me that I only have a software button to take pictures and videos with (because sometimes I turn the phone around to have myself in the frame, try to hit that touchscreen button then!). It would be nice when in camera mode I can assign for instance the return button to act as the shutter button. In another application I can assign the buttons for other tasks then.
In short, is it possible to use the hardware buttons for different tasks in different applications (for example the already given example of the return button acting as the shutter button in camera mode, but in the browser you can assign the return button to act as the "back" key).
It would make using the TD2 SO MUCH easier!
Try SPB Pocket Plus.
Then go to |START|SETTINGS|PERSONAL|BUTTONS|. You should be able to assign just about anything to a HW key or a long press on a HW key.
HButton.
Freeware, works great!

In the Buttons control panel app (Settings -> Personal -> Buttons) there are only two buttons listed: "Send key (Hold)" and "PTT Button". I was wondering if there was a way to add the other buttons here so I could configure them. With the TP2 there's not exactly an overabundance of hardware buttons...
You're probably going to need to get a button app. Vol d-pad may work for you (it turns volume buttons into up/down/left/right buttons). Or, try out AE Button+. It's highly configurable, but costs about 8 bucks. A regedit isn't going to solve the problem.
Anyone know if HButton works on the TP2?
Hi all,
I am trying to remap my Raphael mute button (in the phone application) to a hardware key such as the back button using tarkims button config application. Does anyone have a list of think is classes? I need to see the correct way to identity the mute class to assign it to the hardware button.
I have a xtrons PX5 unit that has capacitive buttons for power, home, eject, vol up, vol down.
The screen task switcher only shows on the launcher, not in any apps. So I'd like to get a hw button to open the task switcher, and maybe some more for prev/next on media. There are a number of bluetooth buttons that attach to the steering wheel. Has anyone tried those? Will they work? I heard the bluetooth only connects with specific devices. Or if I could long press 'eject' to have it open the switcher that'd be nice too.
Thanks
