It's not in Safe mode
You must first enable Developer Options menu in Settings by clicking 7 times on Android version in Settings/About.
Then in Dev menu enable OEM unlock - it will unlock FRP (but of course, not Bootloader)

I bought P9 Lite 2017 kown also as P8 Lite 2017 and did factory reset from the stock recovery.
Now I have problem with Factory reset protection. The problem is that I bought it from other person and I have lost the number from him. So I tried some tutorials I have found online but nothing functioning.
So now I am able to turn on phone until Verify account page...maybe I can reinstall firmware but I am not sure which version. Its form Austria and unlocked, and if I want to install custom recovery I have to go in Developer settings and enable USB debugin and OEM unlock but I cant do it now.
So any opinion is appreciated. Thanks

Hi, that is interesting. If you want to fix it without oem.. Maybe impossible but if not, then boot into erecovery (connect to your computer then vol up+ power) After this you can disconnect, hopefully it will fix your phone.
The device is frp locked, managed to gain access to the phone's settings but i cannot seem to enable developer options, i have tapped the build number several time but it seems to be disabled, please help

I update my phone firmware and now I can't open Developer Options, so I can't debbug, I can't tick OEM to unlock frp.
All apps work well, but instagram don't open and when i try to delete the app my phone reboot very fast.
Can you guys help me? I know it's time to buy a new phone, but i would like to wait a little more (maybe for honor 20 or honor 20 pro).
I can't do nothing since my frp and bootloader are locked.

The problem is this:
There was a Chinese location on mat 8 (I put Android 8 for testing). Andes bootloader FRP have been unlocked. I decided to return to the RU location. I flashed the location file and booted into the system. version of Android became 8.0.0.084 (some kind of strange). Naturally, the bootloader was blocked again. But the FRP was also blocked! Moreover, when loading the OS, no login and password are required. But in developer mode, the "Boot unlock" field is not active! (That is, do not switch). Then I decided to load rollback from 5 EMUI to 4 EMUI via dload on the memory card. But after that "ERROR mode" turned on - Func NO: 8 (hifi image) and Error NO: 1 (security verify falled). I ask for help! Where to dig? I understand that you need to download the UPDATE .app file via dload, but which one will be correct? FASTBOOT mode working.
hello, since day I've been trying to unlock the bootloader of this Android 12 go edition .... but I don't know how to do it anymore I've followed lots of guides all with the same result when I run the unlock command Unlock failed - Err:0x1002 I can't unlock it with the Xiaomi tool because it does not support my account but the google one
Have you ever in phone's Android Developer options enbabled OEM Unlock option and afterwards rebooted phone?
Do you make use of the Android USB Drivers suitabe to this phone provided by Xiaomi?
