Hey guys.
I update my phone firmware and now I can't open Developer Options, so I can't debbug, I can't tick OEM to unlock frp.
All apps work well, but instagram don't open and when i try to delete the app my phone reboot very fast.
Can you guys help me? I know it's time to buy a new phone, but i would like to wait a little more (maybe for honor 20 or honor 20 pro).
I can't do nothing since my frp and bootloader are locked.
Thanks, and sorry for my english.
SOLVED!

Unable to Get Phone ID
I am unable to get my Honor 8 phone ID which I require to 'unlock' the bootloader as the phone will NOT start up into Android. It boots to the point where it asks for the Region, then Language, then WiFi, etc and then it goes back to the beginning, THUS Region, Language, WiFi, etc. but it never boots into Android as a result I am not able to check the Phone ID or to enable anything like USB debugging, etc.
What I have done to get to this point:
The phone updated > it seems like the update was unsuccessful as it got stuck in a loop where it would ONLY boot to the Huawei eRecovery.
Then I read a post to 'roll-back' to the earliest version (FRD-AL10...135) which I did and then from the SD Card installed the stock firmware (update.app) by using the Pwr+Volme UP+Volume Down buttons. It succeeded to install the stock firmware and ever since then I am stuck at the Region, Language, WiFi, Terms Agreement, etc - BUT it never gets past the selection - it just loops over and over.
I have again installed the stock firmware as above, but it fails to start and continuously gets stuck at the Region, Language, etc selections.
Could anyone please provide help if possible.
All the other posts I read, I need the 'bootloader' to be unlocked, BUT I am unable to get the Phone ID to get the UNLOCK code.
I have also read some posts which suggests I use 'adb' and 'fastboot' to 'recover' the phone to stock firmware, BUT I constantly get an error - "FAILED - Remote: Command not allowed".
So at this point I am not sure how to go any further.
PS: I have also had the phone to my local Huawei Service Centre, but they refuse to help me with the Honor 8 as I did not buy it in S-Africa.

It is impossible to determine which firmware the phone had before it broke as I imported the phone from China, and I did not have a reason to unlock the phone before it broke, hence the reason I did not have a need for the Product ID when the phone functioned properly, it is only after it broke that I had to have access to all this information in an attempt to get it back to a functioning state. That being said, the phone worked perfectly for a week until it did an OTA 'update', when the phone restarted I was presented with all kinds of trouble.
I have since been able to start the phone up in Android after I had to buy DC-Unlocker credits to get the phone to boot properly. UN-locking the phone via DC-Unlocker, unlocked the FRP and only thereafter I was able to unlock the bootloader and root the phone, and get access to USB debugging settings, etc.
Hello everyone!
First of all, thanks for taking the time to read my post.
Got a new P20 yesterday, installed twrp and rooted it - all no problem.
Then, this night it kinda on itself tried to download an update.
Now, the phone won't boot to TWRP. The splash screen shows up, but that's it.
Rebooting the phone won't do nothing and in fastboot it shows the phone is unlocked but FRP is locked again.
Anyone had this problem before?
The phone worked just fine. ADB detects the phone in recovery but reflashing the twrp image isn't possible.
Any advice? Kinda panicking over here.
Thank you!

Power off.
Pres simultaneously power button and volume + .
When phone vibrates lose power button but keep pressing volume +
until rescue screen appears.
Select : download latest firmware
Log in to your WiFi. If everything works correct the phone downloads automatically the latest firmware. And also installs it.

I've tried so but you have only options restarting to clear cache or factory reset
It's because you accessed Recovery mode and not Erecovery mode.
Erecovery mode won't help as it will install demo firmware again.
Using 1122334455 as retail mode app's code won't after a click on upper left screen won't help.
Debloating via command line using dev option 'USB debugging' may partially help.
Dev option 'demo mode' is different from the huawei demo mode you actually experiencing.
Your best options is to order for your unlock code ; it costs around 25€.
Then you could root and rebrand.

hi Oslo,
I'm in the same case, can you do the something for me, for now i only removed the retail apps but it's not fully working.
thank's a lot.

Hi im in same situation can you guide please
For P20 ;
Your best option is to order online for your bootloader's unlock code from a third-party seller ;
It's sold less than 25€ on Global-unlocking-solutions.miiduu.com
Once oem-frp & bootloader are both unlocked,
Then you could root,
Then install a nocheck,
Then rebrand via adb,
Then hwota flash the new region firmware.
Beware of xloader and GPU-TURBO downgrading in the process of rebranding, I guess it could brick your device.
There is already some copy/pasted outdated threads for rebranding COL, EML and CLT but they are outdated and not fool and time proofed...
help

Hi all,
I have mother's Redmi 3S which she is still using. We're bored of MIUI bloatware and unwanted appls and thus want a clean OS just like LIneage or AOSP. So I have submitted Mi unlock application and after 4 days I am trying to unlock the bootloader using Mi unlock tool. But I got stuck at 99% and unable to unlock.
Checks- USB debugging is enabled, OEM unlocking is ON, booted into fastboot mode
Attached is the screenshot. This screen appeared after 99%
Can the experts please help??

Here.. use this method.. work in 30 minutes.. didnt have to wait for 3/7 days to unlock..
https://forum.xda-developers.com/xiaomi-redmi-3s/themes/redmi-3s-bootloader-cracking-method-t3629496
Try doing the same with different pc. In my case it solved this problem in Redmi note 5 and Redmi 4.
YOU NOT GONNA UNLOCK YOUR HANDSET VIA OFFICIAL METHOD I ALREADY TRIED THIS METHOD WITH VARIOUS COMBINATION AND PERMUTATION BUT EVERY TIME IT FAILED AT 99%. SOMEHOW I STUMBLE UPON THIS GUIDE AND UNLOCK MY 3S THROUGH THS UNOFFICIAL METHOD
https://forum.xda-developers.com/xiaomi-redmi-3s/themes/redmi-3s-bootloader-cracking-method-t3629496
THIS IS AN UNOFFICIAL METHOD BUT VERY FAST AND EFFECTIVE WAY TO UNLOCK YOUR DEVICE.
