I am not developer. However i have sought a method to fix brightness temporarily to use outdoor use on all custom ROMs which are facing dim brightness...
Step1: Root your device
Step2: Install View attachment 4932523 or Root explorer
Step3: Turn On the Root Explorer in ES.
Step4: Navigate to Device://sys/class/backlight/panel0-backlight
Step5: there you will find Brightness file.. open it with text editor & & change the value to maximum 2000 or whatever you need.,.
Save & exit your screen is brightened ?
Note: if you will move Brightness slider your brightness settings will be lost.. because this fix is not auto but manual....

If a developer can give permanent solution then he should join this project...
Try a simple solution first
See in notification panel icons if power saving mode is active ,switch it off. Enough brightness for sunlight use can be obtained by doing this.

Using adb
adb shell
setprop persist.sys.qcom-brightness $(cat /sys/class/backlight/panel0-backlight/max_brightness)
Using terminal emulator(root required)
su
setprop persist.sys.qcom-brightness $(cat /sys/class/backlight/panel0-backlight/max_brightness)
Then reboot

First off I will say this is the greatest tool I have ever came across and I am thankful for anyone that ad hand in its production. The tool of course is here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=873466 and it has been working great for me. But earlier today I used winrar to open a com apk file and edit a specific txt file however I accidentally didn't un-click the "use as default program" box and now right-clicking and apk file will not display the decompile option or install to phone option any longer. I figured since the default program had been changed it was not being recognized by one click apk any longer so I deleted the default program for the apk file type in the registry and uninstalled then re installed the shellext for APK_OneClick however the right-click apk options still will not show. I can recompile folders to APKs but nothing else. Any help with this issue is greatly appreciated and thanks in advanced it is driving me crazy.
I am assuming my problem is fro the whole winrar accident as the icon provided with OneClick no longer is displayed for apk files either I just can't solve the issue.

hey did u got the solution. if not follow this
first typeOpen Run then type REGEDIT
Press the Enter key on the keyboard
Click Continue in the User Account Control dialog
if necessary
Browse to:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows
\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.zip
(HKCU is HKEY_CURRENT_USER) - To do this:
Click the triangle next to each item (HKCU, then
Software, etc)
When you get to .apk click the right mouse on this next
Press the Delete
then install one click apk shellext-add

1.select "Files" and follow path to /data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases/settings.db
2. Select "system"
3. Press the "+" option
4. Leave _id set to auto
5. Add in the name field "notification_panel_brightness_adjustment" (without the quotes)
6. Add in the value field "0" (number zero without the quotes)
7. Press save
8. Exit and reboot
I learned this mod from someone, but cant remember, so I cant take credits for it, if you like it, give me a thanks .

Multi- window in Android 6 Marshmallow lets you view multiple apps together in split view . However , this feature is reportedly only available for Android tablets , and smartphones. If you have already installed the latest Marshmallow on your device and have also rooted your device , there is no reason why you can ’ t enjoy this super useful feature on your smartphone too.
How to enable multi-window in Android 6 Marshmallow :
There is a workaround to get split view mode on your smartphones , if you have rooted your device . To activate multi-windows in your devices , here are the steps you need to follow :
1. Android smartphone running Marshmallow
2. Root root access
3. Download Amaze file manager app
*Open the installed Amaze file manager app and grant it root permission.
*Go to / system / directory and open build. prop file.
*Inside the file , edit it and change the value of build type from user to userdebug
*Save the build.prop file.
*Reboot your device.
*Once back , enable Developer Options: go to Settings > About Phone > tap on Build Number seven times.
*Go back to Settings > Developer Options > go to the bottom of the Drawing category and enable Multi-window from the options.

Yep , it was that easy to get multi- window on Android 6 on your rooted Android smartphones. For the tablets , all you need to do is enable developer options , and then toggle multi-window on . Enjoy using multiple apps in the split view mode .
