[Q] about Beats Audio on Google Music

So im using Sense-O-Maniac rom which includes BEATS. I understand it works with Music app but is there any way to make it work with Google Music app or any other Music applications? (such as pandora)

I tend to stream my music more than play local files and was searching for an alternative as well. I found a post (can't even remember which forum now... sorry) that recommended the app Volume+. I tried it out and was much happier with its features. You get a full DSP along with volume boosting. The best part (for me at least) is that you set these tweaks per output method. So you can have different settings for the headphones (called headset in the app), phone speaker, and bluetooth speakers.

No, this is not like other "Dolby Atmos" mods. Here we gonna talk about the technology of Dolby Atmos on our mobile devices.
What's Dolby Atmos?
Dolby Atmos technology allows up to 128 audio tracks plus associated spatial audio description metadata (most notably, location or pan automation data) to be distributed to theaters for optimal, dynamic rendering to loudspeakers based on the theater capabilities. Each audio track can be assigned to an audio channel, the traditional format for distribution, or to an audio "object." No, Dolby Atmos Mobile it's the name of this technology for Mobile devices.
While cinema and home theater systems have multiple channels, the headphones and built-in speakers of mobile devices are two-channel stereo. To create the Dolby Atmos experience for mobile users, Dolby scientists drew on their extensive research and expertise in psychoacoustics, the study of how we perceive sound.
Creating a realistic perception of height and surround sound two-channel mobile systems begins with head-related transfer functions (HRTFs). HRTFs describe how incoming sounds located at different positions around us arrive at our ears.

A streaming-media Dolby Atmos mix supports up to 128 simultaneous audio objects and includes metadata that describes the location of each one in space. This Dolby Atmos "Mobile" can really play the surround sound or it's just another fancy equalizer?
Well, I made some tests and have a great news...

I use a Lenovo Vibe K6, that phone have the Atmos thing ?, then I find this link called "Dolby tones test" here you gonna find some test tones of dolby atmos,
For Test tones: Download the Dolby Test Tones MP4 file that matches your Dolby Atmos® speaker configuration (for example, 5.1.2, 7.1.4, or another)

First time I test the configuration 7.1.4 with MX player but doesn't work at all, so I test the same tone with the native video player and for my surprise it's works perfectly, you can hear all the channels separately on the right place, it's amazing.
Ok, so this means you can watch movies with Dolby Atmos logo on your phone, to really works the app of Atmos has to be turn on and with virtualization enable (virtual surround).
I don't know your hear but the Netflix now has support for Dolby Atmos to, and has plans to bring that to phones ( you can now only watch Dolby titles on Xbox one and some LG tvs). But if have a digital copy of some movie with dolby atmos you can watch on native player of smartphone (I don't know if this works on non natives phones like Dolby Atmos mods).

I am attaching the one which I created and think it's working better than the smart EQ.

I don't have any option to set a specific EQ setup ?? I can just choose the predefined Smart, Movie, Game or Music.

How can get this option?

Hey, the setting you are looking for is only available in settings > sound & vibration > dolby atmos, when the earphones are connected.

Auto is fine with a volume boosting app running always

Plz give me eq number

dolby Atmos, this work on all device

open music app (Spotify,mysic,apple music, YouTube music,sony music and othe music app)
go to setting of the music app and search equalizer
select equalizer and select dolby Atmos
