I'm looking for an app/magisk module to "create" a fake wifi and make an app believe i'm actually connected on a wifi instead of 4G.
Do you know any tricks to do that?

Alright everybody. I have just a quick question for you. Obviously having a password on the built in wifi tether cm10.1 offers doesn't work. Does anybody else knows of a alternative wifi tether application so I can use the wifi encryption? This is vital for me because I live in an apartment so every time I activate it, everybody uses it lol

I would like to monitor that behavior.
Does anyone knows an app which can be used for wlan and mobile monitoring?
I already tried several kernels and modems

Not sure how detailed of a solution you're looking for, but the Gravity Box module has a nice data traffic monitor that shows data speed in the status bar.
Hi guys, so you probably know that our devices support the new wifi standard. Does any of you know if it can also transmit (tether) the wifi with this standard or it can just connect to this kind of wifi? Searched but didn't find anything useful.

I am new here, I wanted to know if there is an application (rooted or not) that can put (when the“tethering router and wi-fi" tab is switched on) our beautiful android device in bridge mode with another router. I better explain.
I just recently bought a gopro 3 which can be controlled remotely by the telephone through wi-fi.
The camera is a router and we have to connect to his network.
I was thinking to use it while riding my bike, but at the same time i want to be connected to the Internet with the 3g network to use the gps (maps).
As you know, the 3g is disabled when the wi-fi network is turned on; so I thought i would use the tether/router wifi option, but obviously there is no bridge option.
how can I do?

Hi all,
Is there any way I can prioritize the WiFi my phone is connecting to without third party apps? Basically I just want to say "if you can connect to this WiFi network, then do it. If it's not accessible at all, then try this other one... etc.". Right now it connects to whatever you have saved before, kind of randomly... I don't think it even connects to the one that has better signal!
