Bluetooth keeps switching on and off when pairing headsets
Same for me! I tried to reinstall the kernel, but the problem is the same, switching bluetooth on/off.
Anybody have a stock stable boot img version to download?
Bluetooth issue when bluetooth head phones are connecting. Bluetooth continuously turns on and off and the headphones never connect. Turned my head phones into Galaxy Duds.
Ur kernel can be use for lineage os???

Install this disabler modified by dr.ketan.
Flash in twrp and reboot without wiping worked fine for me, your results may vary.
This fixed the bluetooth restarting issue when connecting to a headset for me and others.

Thanks for the suggestion but it's not working for me.
My Bluetooth isn't restarting tho...
It says my Galaxy buds are connected, but my music plays through normal speakers.
Then when I open the Bluetooth quick tile toggle and try to disconnect and reconnect my buds, the settings app force closes and I end up having to do a hard reset to restart my phone.

A quick (maybe stupid question) but, I'm still on Android 9 stock ROM and just got notification for Android 10 available for my unlocked Note 10+. I didn't yet upgrade not flash your Kernel, but, can it be flashed under Android 10 or I need to stay on 9? For me quite honestly I have no problems staying on 9 because everything works great and I don't see any "must-have" on the new Android version anyway.

Introduction
Hi, this is our new release of AOSP 8.0 for the Honor 8, as of now, the rom is not completely finished but it's in a state suitable for early adopters and testers in order to receive feedback.
How to install:
Download the rom from the Downloads section
Wipe data from TWRP and remove encryption
Flash the provided zip file
(Optional) Install Gapps if you are going to use them (now's the moment)
Reboot (it may take some time)
Known bugs:
Camera (both of them)
VoLTE
How to seek help or report a bug:
Take this into account, if we can't reproduce the bug, we can't fix it, so try to be as descriptive as possible and include as much information as you can, also make sure you have read all of the instructions and that it isn't a problem just in your end.
Finally, I just want to thank the rest of the OpenKirin team (@surdu_petru, @OldDroid) for their huge contributions and all of you for your support.
I'll also make a special mention to FunkyHuawei since they have helped us to get some files we needed to start working as soon as possible, they are legit and the #1 option to recover your device.

With this issue, you can fix by use another changer not from Huawei. Huawei fast change not work on customer rom. I use changer from HTC and it not heat up

@XePeleato you right. Added APN manual then mobile data work as it must. I tested with Webview browser cause rom can boot up with gapps (Test with delta base gapps and micro gapps from opengrapps).
I find a more bugs, this is aosp keyboard FC when switched to number key.
I send you a log I get from matlog, hope can help you find out bugs. NFC as I say, still not work, can not switch to ON.

Worked great , very very fast boot up . Keyboard fc but just cleared data worked fine. Everything else except camera worked good ,cell service ,data, WiFi, ect. Can't wait until it's more stable ! It will be my daily driver

It says so right in the first 10 lines of the OP: Well, we have a really huge kernel bug: system crashes when usb cable is plugged in (you can charge your battery in recovery mode only).

Actual build (11/04) is not rooted: you need to flash Magisk (download link available in the OP), BUT next builds will be pre-rooted.

I just re-builded everything using the latest commits by Rashed97 and others, but still same bugs: no fixes today. :crying:

I flashed this ROM and everything works fine expect the WIFI MAC it's invalid at the beginning i could change my MAC with a MAC Changer App but now this doesn't work and i can't connect to my WIFI

That's a problem that happens every once in a while (and maybe more often on the LOS 15.1 builds for the G5), and has to do with the misc partition corrupting. Here is a thread that should work https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g5/how-to/guide-fix-wifi-mac-address-changing-t3533841 and here are the instructions I followed: https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g5/how-to/guide-fix-wifi-mac-address-changing-t3533841/post70474540#post70474540. If you do this right (use your real mac address when following the instructions), the fixes should be for the most part permanent.

Only major bug for me is the phone can't be unlocked by fingerprint when screen is off.
Even though I like this, there's a problem with Twitter were I can't log in, it just simply crashes, also, Twitter lite and Twidere crashes too for some reason.
Now maybe the problem would be mine since I uninstalled some apps like the Facebook installer, Instagram and similars, but I don't really see the connection.
*Edit: Sems like it was my fault, I reinstalled the whole rom and twitter worked just fine
Also, there's this bug where the fingerprint scanner only works when the screen is on.

This is not the solution, this i can use the only app in full screen but cant use that space for notifications, and thats the main thing i want...
Just remove that ugly notch space from or give me some mod to use that space for notifications.

fp working when turned on, i didnt own zf5 so i think this one might zf5 default that fp can only work after screen on (same like Mi 5)

Hi everyone, I have prepared this noob-friendly guide for booting Q GSI
Guide made for J4+ and J6+
Confirmed working GSIs (remember to download ARM a-only):
AOSP by Phh (only vanilla! Install OpenGapps for gapps) https://github.com/phhusson/treble_experimentations/releases
Links:
OpenGapps Android 10 ARM
Guide:
1) Start from clean stock One UI rom (so reflash LATEST firmware from Odin)
2) Install a custom recovery
3) From TWRP, format /data, then wipe system, vendor, cache and dalvik
4) Flash Lineage OS 16.0 ROM from MacTavishAO
5) Flash Q GSI
6) Go to Wipe > Advanced > select system > Advanced > repair and resize partition 2 or 3 times (until it doesn't say no more errors)
7) (optional) Flash GApps (only pico or nano version, other version can't boot)
8) Reboot and hope
9) Done

Some other fix/tip:
Replace AOSP search bar in home and restore Google one:
1) Disable "Search" app
2) Install Google app (link: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-search/ download lastest APK for armeabi-v7 nodpi)
3) Reboot
Force dark mode on all apps:
1) Enable developer options
2) Enable "Force dark mode override"
3) Done (note that some app can have graphical issues)
If you want to select only some app to be forced, use DarQ (https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/app-darq-app-selectable-force-dark-t3944356), it's a great app, it need root

You mean Google login? If yes, then we need a fix from Phhusson, the GSI developer, it's a known issue already reported, so we need to wait, for now you can use alternative App store like f-droid or aptoide

I also noticed that there is a problem with safety net cts profile does not pass and netflix does not launch I think it's because of it if possible to make a fix please I'm a big user of netflix

Kernel Problem
The kernel is made only for android pie, it doesn't work, even if I skipped this step there is no luck of booting up.

No, It work with Q, but the installer check Android version, so it lock the installation

Unfortunately there is no SafetyNet fix at the moment

Theoretically yes, but trying to open gestures menu it freeze, don't know if exist an adb command to enable this

[EDITED] Gonna wait until the VoLTE issue gets fixed. Thanks @ZIDAN44 for porting so many amazing ROMs for Sakura specially OOS.

Ur saying right i downloaded all the android Q rom but in all roms LTE problem is their. Plzz fix this rom developers as fast as possible.

Reflash the software without formatting just dirty flash it may get fixed if not fixed u have to flash a zip to fix that

Which version of TWRP is correct. TWRP with system partition or TWRP with system-root partition?

Donate money to dev and he will fix it asap.
Guys like you should understand that dev is also a human like you and me and he also have a personal life instead of all of this things and most importantly he is doing this out of his own interests not for anyone like you and me. So please be sincere of what you are saying and chose your words wisely.
If you have suddenly power off
First at all, install SAR recovery. Then copy you PE 10 at USB OTG FLASH. Open Advanced wipe, and wipe all except cust, otg and micro sd. Come back to main menu recovery and click on advanced wipe again. Now you can see system_as_root. Wipe again all, except.... And install PE normally. It ok, now you phone will not reboot.
