Hello, and welcome to XDA!
Under normal circumstances, I would advocate for freezing the app instead of deleting it altogether, so if you get an OTA, you won't bootloop.
In this case, the camera apk (and odex) is found in /system/app. Make a backup of your system before proceeding (you will need a custom recovery like CWM or TWRP, may want to figure out where your recovery partition is stored as well, and make a "dd" backup of that partition even before that). Using a root explorer (or adb), move the file out of there, and then pull it to your computer for safe keeping (in case you need it later - e.g. you get an OTA, or maybe policies change and you want the full functionality of your phone back).
Any questions yolu may have about this (I covered a lot), can be asked in this thread:
> Xiaomi Mi 3 > Mi 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > Xiaomi Mi 3 Ask Away- help thread.
Hope this helps, and good luck!
Good morning all,
I managed to delete my Downloads and (probably also Download Manager) app on the Huawei 4X running 4.2.2.
Now, I can't update anything in Google Play, or download any files. Hardware reset was of no use.
The device is rooted.
Would anyone be able to extract the APKs (using APK extractor) of those two system apps?
Or point in me in a direction where I can get them.
Many thanks.
Addendum
There is a detailed help section on this topic on the Google Website. I had tried all the steps with no success.
I need gapps for my new Huawei Nova 7.
This model is not in huawei forum.
Is it possible to install play store in Nova 7?

How to install the Google Play Store (GMS) on Huawei Nova 7/7 Pro
1. Download and install the Huawei HiSuite on your PC.
2. Connect your Huawei device with PC using a standard USB cable. Make sure to select the File Transfer Mode.
3. Go to Settings > Security and select Allow HiSuite to use the HDB option.
4. The device will automatically establish a connection with the PC using the HiSuite software.
5. Download and extract the LZPlay on your PC (Password: a12345678).
6. Similarly, download the Google Apps package and unzip the same. Now you need to transfer all the extracted files to device internal storage.
7. Navigate to the files with the help of File Manager and start installing all the six applications.

I downloaded LZplay apk from internet, and that file does not have activate button or list of apps in chinese.
Please share the links to download the files.
Maybe this alternative could install GApps: Googlefier
APK link is here.

I have a Pixel 7 Pro Rooted, Im trying to install "Otter APK" Sometimes it says that it is not available in my region or is not compatible with my phone or if I transfer the app from my PC to the phone it doesn't open. I want to learn how to deal with modded apps. I have Lineage as OS
Do you want to sideload an apk on your Pixel 7 Pro? Make sure that you have enabled the 'unknown source‘ option and you got a correct edition of apk for your device & OS.
Why not contact app's developer?
