I've asked a couple of times but no responses yet so I'll try once more here. Could someone please take a backup of the stock ROM in cwm? It would be greatly appreciated!

I have root and will be happy to backup and send you a copy. I'm guessing that I need to unlock my bootloader and install a custom recovery first. I cant seem to locate information on unlocking the bootloader and where to get the correct CWM for this tablet. If you point me in the right direction I'll hook you up ?
The cwm can be found here

There is some minor graphical weirdness with the screen looking slightly shifted, but everything worked for me when I tested it. If you need anything else let me know.

Ok, it's done. I can see its filled up my storage, but I can't find the files. In the past they would be backed up in the CWM folder, but I can't locate them. Any ideas?

Look in /mnt/shell/emulated/clockworkmod. Very odd place so I understand the confusion, I've never seen that before.

Nothing to test, cwm works and its a backup. I'll see if I can pull images and make a stock zip like I did for AOSP. So that if it's ever needed again it will be easier.
Also check earlier in the thread for the location that cwm backs up to. For some reason it isn't the standard location.

Yes it does.
Does anyone have a stock, non-rooted system image for H81010g? I backed mine up and screwed up and lost it. Thanks in advance
Do you have a rooted form of the system image? I'll trade you... It's a simple command anyone with stock H81010g to extract image... But I can't find a rooted image to flash. Mutual help?
Did I post one? I don't remember. Check my androudfilehost link in AT&T development.

If you are speaking to me, respectfully, no, I did not see a rooted form for g. Again, it's weird timing... Pm me for the img from my H81010g, just need to run that command in adb
I was fidling around with the secsettings.apk on the s3 and failed to make a backup, I've been wandering the internet for a secsettings.apk for s3 (verizon) and Ive only gone through trial and error. Does anyone, by any chace, have a s3 secsetting.apk or help of any kind, without it, I am unable to access system settings.
I'm still new to xda, but I do have an s3. It's on 4.4.2. Just not sure how to share apk

I think I know one way if you're willing to help.
You can use root browser to go through system files, if you go to system/priv-app/ copy the secsettings.apk (and probably the secsettings.odex) you can copy them to your phone files.
I got that far, but when trying to add attachment it says it's too big a file

There should be both odex and apk in that drop box link. Let me know if it worked.
Thanks! It worked just fine.
When I'm trying to connect my Galaxy s7 edge with Moonlight to Nvidia Experience, it says "Incorrect PIN" even though it's the right PIN? I've tried to uninstall both apps, but it didn't help. What do I do?
Same problem for me!

In the meantime, I got it to work by downgrading Experience to 2.10.
Edit: Experience just auto updates back to 2.11 and breaks itself...
+1 on reverting to GFE 2.10. Works flawlessly with that. Just uninstall GFE 2.11 and install 2.10. There must be a way to stop the auto-update.
I released Moonlight Android v4.5.6 which fixes this error.

Hi guys, i'm no longer able to record my calls... i previosly use the app total recall... but when i updated to android oreo 8.1 doesn't work.. anyone can help me??
I'm in the same boat. Check this thread -
https://forum.xda-developers.com/pixel-xl/how-to/to-root-verizon-pixel-xl-downgrading-to-t3738613
basically, Google blocked the call recording APIs by default starting with 8.0. You'll need root access to get around it.
So there are no solution about it?

Try ACR. It works fine and I'm running 8.1. Although my device is rooted.
