Unfortunately, I believe the answer to both of your questions is no. Unless you mean the lockscreen wallpaper, then its under settings -> lockscreen, but as far as the home screen, its either white, or black.
And btw , Is it possible to disable the search button on htc hd7? Its so annoying.

+1 about the background not being changeable...yet. But the system is second to none for rotation speed and efficiency, allowing for the quick portrait mode for accessing the address bar. It shouldn't be a problem if you are wiling to accept it. On other systems, yes, it would be a serious issue. But with WP7, the speed of rotation and efficiency of it all...not an issue in the least for those willing to accept it.

I agree with Marty about the address bar, honestly, it would probably take up screen space... And no, can't disable buttons...

As the title suggests,I recently found a quick tile named "Caffeine" in RR.When I click on it,a timer starts. When I hold on it,it redirects me to Display.I couldn't find this "Caffeine" option in settings either. So I want to know what's its use?
See attachment for reference.
Thanks

Hmm I think default timeout is 5,15 and 30 but if you want a custom timeout you would require the app from play store

Just quickly tap it to cycle through the preset durations. 5:00, 10:00, 30:00, infinity, and off.
Hello! This is a bunch of tweaks I created to make Samsung devices better by modding the interface to really polish it. Enjoy!
Installation
Installing is simple. Navigate to the play store and download the required packages.
Substratum
Substratum Required Addon For Samsung
Samsung System Mods via Playstore (RECOMMENDED)
Samsung System Mods Direct APK (BACKUP)
Tips
- A reboot is usually required to apply the tweak.
- Some tweaks are incompatible on some devices.
- Oreo is in beta (until I get it)
- The nav bar heights are broken on the note and oreo. I can't fix it. Sorry.
- I can do requests. All I ask is you consider donating.
- You can hide status bar icons. You must use another APK: SystemUI Tuner (from the play store)
More mods are coming! Please leave suggestions for more mods you want so I can try and make them. I've been getting lots of positive feedback. Also, Tigerhoods, Pimpmaneaton, Venom, and Crayonyes have been helping me a bit, so big thanks to them .

Hi, thanks for these!
Would love to see if possible:
- hold back button to kill app
- hold power button (when screens off and on) to turn on torch

These are some more RRO mods I made. Some of them are more useful in everyday life than others, and some are primarily experimental for theming. They are all safe and have not caused a SystemUI crash.

Precise Animation Scales: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8DTpyUdT0UAZlpxOVA3WU95c1E
Once installed, it modifies your window animation scales in Developer Settings. It only supports English and a few others. Still working on it. If you get a dev menu FC, just delete the apk, set your animation scales to off, and reinstall it. It won't have all the options but it'll still work (IE: 0x, 0.1x, 0.2x, etc..) even though the corresponding text is wrong.

Can we also Uninstall them all?

Nice work!
I hope someday you will find a mod to disable the gradient in the area of the status bar and a bit under it when we set a wallpaper as home screen or lock screen. Somewhere in the lines of the code of the system ui, Samsung gives the command to put this gradient. On the other hand if the user sets a live wallpaper , Samsung doesn't give this command. More about this matter here :

Hey mate any chance of a mod to have Center Clock?
Great mods especially no root, love them. What I miss the most is the gradient notification screen and also the long press volume to skip track
Hi,
is it possible to see the next event on the first "Always On" page? today we have to double tap on the clock and swipe to the next page.
Thanks...waiting for this
Will you make something to remove clock from statusbar?

For the long press, I have to check if I can add this, since I can only mod the res and not the actual java. In the meantime there's this app here that works for this:

Is possible to remove the high brightness warning?

Can you make one that removes the battery percentage but leaves the battery icon for the status bar? Thanks and good work!

Thank you. There must be a line in the code that sets the gradient automatically on when an image is set as wallpaper in home screen or lock screen. I hope you will find the solution to disable this gradient command.
Hello. Maybe you can also remove the Alarm Clock Icon in the Status bar.
By the way i have all of the tweaks in my phone except for AOD tweaks.
Thanks!
Hey,
I'm looking to increase the Haptic Vibration strength/length of the Honor 8 and have been at it for a few hours. If you anyone has any other ideas like Kernals, ROMs, Apps or Configs to modify please post your ideas any solution will do!
Thanks
i think gboard (preinstalled keyboard for me) has this setting build-in. so for typing letters u can adjust the length of vibration.
i use this. look screen.

Yeah gBoard does a great job letting you control vibration settings. But my main goal is to change the vibration intensity / length in ms of the navigation bar.
I'm pretty new to android but I was exploring root files and found sys/devices/virtual/timed_output/vibrator/ might be the right place to start looking into.
Maybe a current or an upcoming kernel will support vibration settings.
When I use kernel adiutor on my moto phone it has a setting to adjust the system vibration strength under misc menu
You can do it in the keyboard app (that's all I can think of)

Yeah I tried it out last night no such luck on changing the vibration strength. Getting to check another thing off the list that does not work is good though lol.

Thank god, hopefully I can find a way to change the system vibration strength. It's the only thing I don't like about this phone. :fingers-crossed:
Didn't RROS have a setting to change that? At the very least it has a very indepth customization menu for such things

Just flashed it about half an hour ago. One thing I noticed after enabling camera2api with buildprop is that the selfie camera doesn't work. Be it in Snapchat, Instagram, WhatsApp or even Gcam.it just flips back to the rear camera
Otherwise ROM seems rock solid and super smooth:laugh:
Edit: even after deleting the build prop and using the camera2api toggle from the settings it appears to be the same case except Gcam works
