Note 10 plus vs Note 10 plus 5g comparison, specifically on battery life

Hi all,
I am waffling on the Note 10 plus vs the Note 10 plus 5g vs the S10 5g. I am not seeing much to differentiate them (an FM radio here, headphone there). One of my biggest drivers (now that dex is on all) is on battery life.
My carrier charges the same rate for both the Note 10+ and Note 10+ 5G. As 5G service isn't widely available yet, i more or less discount the 5g-ability. As I expect to hold the phone for 2 years, there is some hope that will change but I don't find it a strong differentiator.
Does anybody know whether I should expect extra battery drain from the 5g chipset? If the battery life will be lower at all on the 5G, i will prefer the 4g only version.
Anyway, happy for anybody's thoughts on whether there is any battery drain expected from the 5g radio (or anything that would make you prefer one or the other of the major samsung phones right now).
Thanks

Which one Should i Buy Xiaomi Mi 9T or Galaxy A70 ?

Hello.
I am using Galaxy S7 Edge from past 3 years and i am quite satisfied with it no complaints. But now it is old not getting any updates and battery are dying. I thought it is time to change the device rather changing the battery. So in my budget i am considering only two devices after a lot of researching, Xiaomi Mi 9T and Galaxy A70. I find both of these Head to Head specs wise, cameras are almost same displays are almost same but Samsung A70 has slightly lower Pixel Density. I minimum use my device for one year maybe two but not thinking about changing my new device for at least one year. I am getting confused in these two devices and not able to make decision for one. So please help me decide which one will be good for me.
Thanks
The battery for A70 is 4500 mAh while Mi 9T is 4000 mAh. But Mi 9T is good at its triple cameras.
And it is important that A70 is about 15% more expensive than Mi 9T. So, I recommend Mi 9T.

But what about software experience? Is MIUI good and mature as one ui ? Also want to know about the camera of Xiaomi Mi 9T. In MKBHD review camera was not good in low light and selfie camera was also bad.
Thanks

Poco X3 and 6000mAh Battery

Hi guys,
I'm planning to replace my old and beloved Redmi 4 Prime with the POCO X3.
I've read that there is a version (only India???) of this phone where the NFC is replaced with a bigger battery, 6000mAh against the NFC 5160mAh.
Do you know if this version is available for purchase in Europe? or shippable to Europe, I live in Italy.
Do you think this capacity difference provide an actual improvement on the time-without-charging of this smartphone? or is it negligible?
Thank you for your help

Hello!
Yes the Indian version of the X3 (codenamed: KARNA) does come with a larger 6000mAh battery. I'm unsure if it's available for purchase within Europe, maybe you'd need to do some logistical gymnastics in order to purchase it from India and have it shipped to Italy. You can check Flipkart.com which sells it within India and see if there's any option for shipping outside of India.
I'm on a Poco global chat on telegram and users do get a slightly better battery life, but it seems out of the box MIUI still needs to be optimized as no one is really raving too much about a greater battery life.
You should really check the bands available with your carrier before doing so, idk for Italy but there in France you pretty much wouldn't have any 4G because the India varient miss a lot of bands compared to global one.
anyone know which bands come witht he indian version

I get 13.5 hours SOT on my Indian Variant POCO X3. I can tell you for sure that this makes a difference compared to a phone that's 4000+ MaH as I would get around 8-9 hours on those phones.
As far as moving from the NFC to Indian variant (900+ MaH) you'll get at best an hour or two of additional SOT so it's completely up to you to decide whether you want the convenience and fast updates of NFC+Europe ROM or you want a bigger battery and 2+ GB RAM.

Question Upgrade from Oneplus 9pro

Last months after android 12 update im having lags, problems on my bluetooth devices , battery and so on...using it about a year almost..
an upgrade....the OP10 seems a bit junky also...
But what are you saying about xiomi 12 pro and poco f4 gt?
If Europe had snapdragon in the s22 line ill took the ultra but...ya all know its crappy exynos...
I just want a stable user experience, maximum power good quality speakers and as everyone goood battery life.

Upgrade from OnePlus6

Hey, i have been using OnePlus 6 from the time it was released. Country : India. Need an upgrade from this phone. Budget : till 50k INR +- 10k. I want a phone which has good battery life and hardware. I play some mobile games like Arknights, efootball 22, genshin etc. Also I travel a lot, so something which has nice width of network bands for local sim network please. Was thinking of Samsung S21 but feel free to suggest me.
Hi
I think on a Rs. 50K budget there are three smartphone models that you can consider depending on gaming performance and battery life.
1. IQOO 9T :
It has the latest flagship processor from Qualcomm i.e. Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 (TSMC) which performs better than snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in terms of thermal throttling and heat management. The same chipset is used in ROG Phone 6 Pro which is probably the best gaming smartphone right now. You can play most of the games in maximum settings. Battery life is also very good. It has a 4700mAh battery (which can easily last one and a half days, depends on your usage) with a 120W fast charger in the box which can full charge the battery within 30 minutes. It supports 9 bands of 5G and 4G carrier aggregation works as well. You can check the all the supported bands in the official page ( https://www.iqoo.com/in/products/param/iqoo-9t ).
The IQOO 9T starts from Rs. 49999. You can get upto Rs. 6000 discount on prepaid and selected bank card payments on official website. Also you will get a IQOO Gamepad worth Rs 3999 if you buy before 10th August.
2. Vivo x80 :
It comes with the lastest flaghip chipset from MediaTek i.e. Dimensity 9000 (TSMC) which also handles thermal throttling and heat management better than Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset (SAMSUNG) and it is also very power efficient. Gaming performance is top notch and battery life is also excellent. It has a 4500mAh battery (which can handle single day moderate to heavy usage ) with 80W fast charger in the box which can full charge the battery within 45 minutes. It supports 11 bands of 5G and 4G carrier aggregation works as well. You can check the all the supported bands in the official page ( https://www.vivo.com/in/products/param/x80 ).
The Vivo x80 starts from Rs. 54999. You can get Rs 3500 discount on selected bank card payments on official website and flipkart if you buy it before 9th August.
3. Oneplus 10T :
You can consider OnePlus 10T if you are an OnePlus fan and looking for a bloatware free OS then "Coloured" Oxygen OS 12 based on android 12 will fullfill your requirement because both IQOO 9T and Vivo x80 has Funtouch OS 12 based on android 12 which comes with bloatwares pre installed. It also has Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 (TSMC) SoC whose performance is top notch. It has a 4800mAh battery (which can easily last one and a half days, depends on your usage) with a 150W SuperVOOC fast charger in the box which can full charge it within 20-25 minutes. It supports 11 bands of 5G and 4G carrier aggregation works as well. You can check the all the supported bands in the official page ( https://www.oneplus.in/10t/specs ).
The OnePlus 10T starts from Rs.49999. you can get upto Rs. 4250 discount on if you buy it before 10th August.
Among the three I think IQOO 9T is the best value for money smartphone according to your requirements.
Let me know if you have any confusion regarding the information. If you purchase any of the three smartphones, please share your experience after using it.
