Galaxy J7 neo SM-j701M/ Galaxy J7 Nxt which TWRP version?

Hey guys, I am trying to install TWRP on my Samsung Galaxy J7 neo SM-j701M (AKA Samsung Galaxy J7 Nxt in India). What version of TWRP do you suggest I should go for ? I am confused because on TWRP, I see these two :
Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016 Exynos) (j7xelte)
Samsung Galaxy J7 Exynos SM-J700 (j7elte)
I am thinking of trying the emboldened option, because the top one is 2016, and my phone was release 2017, however the one below says SM-J700 my version is SM-J70. I found a website with links to one but Its not from the official site and I don't want to get any malware.

Re: Samsung firmware upgrade question

Am running 3.1 UI with 3.0 bootloader and root along with SAC rom and Weta permissive kernel. My question is is N986USQU1DUB5 currently the only firmware I can run on my Samsung note 20 ultra snapdragon or can you run Bit2 firmware and just not flash the bootloader?
