Ans:- At present CM13.0 is already much stable and can be use as daily driver. Same issues and bugs are present in this ROM too. If you see any extra bug,report me. I will look onto it and will try to solve.
Q5.My personal review about ROM?
Ans:- Till now i used so many ROMs,but i feel this is the most smoothest and lag free ROM,i have even seen on kyleproxx.

Hey Ishant, could u make Resurrection Remix with android 4.4.2? I think it would be good knowing that CM 11 is the best ROM for kylepro.

I extracted these builds from workspace (ishantvivek doesn't archive the builds on Jenkins and he also didn't import May 21st builds from AndroidFileHost FTP server)

B there is two best feature of remix Rom lollipop, u should port it into marshmallow.
1) Gesture unlock is best security lock
2) Resizing Navbar to min 24dp.

Camera
Hey, thank you for a new ROM.
The problems I have right now are the camera which will not open at all and the fingerprint sensor which is not even an option in settings.
I had Resurection Remix Rom installed before I installed your ROM. Wiped everything as you said, twice, and the bugs are still here. If you need more info just tell me.

I skipped this blackscreen issue by Flashing Los 14.1 zip latest one HERE and flashed this(AospExtended ROM) over it , and it worked
and also no need to flash the vendor zip if you follow the above step.:good:

->Actually the updates we provide monthly are heavily changed and modified than the previous builds. New stuffs are merged and added. So we don't provide incremental updates and recommend clean flash.

->XPOSED For N is not out yet. Still in Development. We like Xposed but it messes up with the system so before giving any bug reports make sure you have xposed uninstalled.

Hi, you didn't put any source link in OP. You are obliged to post at least kernel source link, but would be nice if you post also device and vendor tree link. I was also working on this ROM but since I don't own the device I was looking for testers.

As I think you already know, all the custom ROMs are based on OpemKirin device & vendor tree. Kernel may be also from OpenKirin, because not require any modification in order to boot on this ROM . With OpenKirin sources you can bring almost any custom ROM with slightly modifications.
But as you already said the OP need to link the source code as well !
Anyway we should wait a bit cause the ROM is pretty new

I'm an official AEX maintainer, so I know how it works. I also know about your team, really great work, based my custom kernel on yours. I asked because I have a device tree ready for building AEX for the honor 8 on a github org, and I though that he may have used mine without credits.

Anyway if there will be some custom ROMs without proper credit, then on the next Android O, there will be only OpenKirin custom ROMs , because I'm not going to release the new source code ( device & vendor tree) for building Android O .

1.) What to do if My Phone got bootloop or not booting ??
You have changed vendor, or modified vendor(not stock), OpenKirin vendor will never ever work,, so get Pure stock vendor of your device... it will work for sure... if still not, change you data filesystem...
2.) What to do if my SIMs are not working ??
Go to Extras, disable dual sim, reboot phone,, now read carefully,,
1. Install hex editor app from playstore
2. Make sure you have file explorer with root privileges
3. Open hex editor and find modem,id file on this location root/sys/firmware/devicetree/base/hisi,modem_id and open it.
4. Write down all numbers in first row
5. Then go to root/system/vendor and find phone.prop and open it with text editor.
6. Find your modem id by using search and type 0x3xxxxxx where X is your number from hex reader
7. Then make it look like this:

Sorry for asking same here ... how do we need to flash SuperSU in this? as I said earlier in ur other builds except Elite rom i had issues in flashing SU. Even if I flash the v2.82 Su icon or root permission doesnt exist.
Please advise. or give a work around. Without root permission Roms are not exiting to use.:cyclops:

Exactly thats my problem. SU icon is not appearing even after flashing SU file and none of the apps gets root access (mainly Titanium backup).

lol,,,, sometimes data didnot gets mounted so app dont get installed,,, root with zip nd install app normally latest supersu app,, or get from supersu zip file,, its in common folder,,,

I didn't forget it but issue is, we are working on Aosp Oreo & LineageOS 15.1 as CodeOfHonor team... And we have fixed major bugs like wifi, bt, sound, display for Oreo Roms...
Now what you suggests us to do ?? Keep working on Oreo or work on Nougat for more better experience ??

Hi,
I am installing open gapps arm 9.0 pico 20181112,format SYSTEM space is about 871MB, after installing the ROM i get left with like 71MB. Then gapps flash fails :/

well, first of all you should start from the wiki of the microg project to get an understanding of what it is and how it works.
after that i suggest you to check nanodroid and its detailed documentation. this is probably the easiest way to get started on most roms and it's very well configured so, not only works mostly out of the box, but also has some "features" useful for beginners.

I know they are tagged as "not working" and "can't be fixed" but can I have some clues on why they are not working?
Even some links would be welcome!

Don't know whether its fixable or not but I have found a way around for this. When status or videos aren't running close the app and clear it from recents then again open the app and now it should run fine.
Hope it will be helpful.

It's an issue of the hardware all devices with these cpu's have this issue (msm8226-8610-8974) except the nexus 5,the devs from What I got they already know the cause of the error but haven't been able to do anything,they even tried porting fixes from the nexus 5 with no results
Best Pei ROM (so far).
But, Hotspot not working.
How to reproduce:
1. Open bar navigation.
2. Click in "Mobile data".
3. Click in "Hotspot".
Puf... in two seconds is disabled again.
For me most fluid launcher in Pie builds, fluid like previously used AOSP Extended V4.6 (7.1.2). But for me one problem:

App drawer bobbing up and down!
First of all: Many thanks to the developers for giving me the bang up to date Android release (Pie) to my 5 year old phone!
Why does the app drawer (at the bottom of the home screen) keep bobbing up and down until I touch it? I find it mega annoying!

There are some differences which you won't be able to notice as usual. But there are. I however still encourage you to use this recovery for AEX.
Great daily driver ROM!
I got pretty confused since TWRP kept giving me an error that the ROM needed firmware v10.2.8 OR ABOVE, but I was coming from MIUI 10.3.7. Apparently it needed firmware 10.2.8 SPECIFICALLY for it to actually flash.
Also, flashing ANY gapps version BREAKS Trusted Face. So I ended up reflashing the ROM without gapps, and have Trusted Face (and maybe some other gapps related things) working.
Every bootup also shows an error "There's an internal problem with your device. Contact your manufacturer for details."

I had addressed the issues related to flashing in an second update, pushed today.
Regarding Trusted Face there is a hack:
move libfacenet.so from /system/lib64 to /system/app/FaceLock/lib/arm64 and grant all permissions

Fimware flashing error: This package requires fimware from MIUI 9.5.14 or newer.
Version MIUI is 10.2.8.0 indian.
Please help.

Version of AEX from file AospExtended-v6.5-violet-20190607-1232-OFFICIAL.zip
Installed. Gapps installed from twrp successfully too, but not installed to AEX. What the gapps version needed?
I have 7.06 update message on phone, but ota is not working, nor download from phone.
Hello, Is it selinux enforcing?
I'm getting error 7 when trying to flash. Am I missing something.
I think selinux enforcing is very important, if it not at now, please fix it if possible.

Maybe you should try to flash firmware 10.2.8, then flash aex，before it you should clean vendor

Hey I tried 10.2.8... I tried to clean vendor also... Idk.. They said the error 7 was fixed in the update..
