Minor rattling/knocking sound at back camera when shaking side to side, is it normal? - Realme 5 Questions & Answers

I just noticed this by mere accident. When I shake the phone from side to side, I heard a faint rattling sound from the back camera. Is this normal? Can you replicate the same process for me if it's also with your phones?

Nope. No sound.

Irritating Creak / Snap Noise When Pressing Call Button

I have a Sprint Touch Pro. It makes this annoying snapping sound when pressing down on the call button on the bottom left hand corner, as if the chrome faceplate isn't completely or loosely screwed into the black under-pinning piece. Does anyone else have this issue?
I have a similar problem

My keyboard makes a cheap creaking noise when I type. If I press the battery cover in the area around the camera, I hear the same noise. Is there any simple fix for this, it's pretty annoying.
Otherbeing, I think what you hear is the crackle from the speaker....I have it too!
battery noise
for a simple fix to the battery noise, (this is gonna sound really cheap)
fold up a piece of paper and put it on the battery and then put the back cover on... it works...
might take you two or three tries to get the right size and set, but once you have it down, its easy,
and yea it works... (yes i know this is really cheap sounding)

Does anyone else notice a "hollow" noise when they tap phone?

Whenever I talk on the phone and I'm yelling, the phone produces a "reverb" almost as if i am making a peice of metal flex (or like hitting a gong).
Then, I turn the phone over and tap just above and below the galaxy s logo, and I get a rattle and another reverb, respectively.
Kinda feels cheap, was wondering if it was just my phone or has anyone else noticed it? Also, what components are causing it?
Reverb, unnoticed. The sound you're hearing that is the auto-focus lens shifting on it's springs as you tap.
no, but i hear odd cracking noises when i twist opposing ends of the phone in opposite directions.

Why on earth would you do that? Or is my sarcasm meter broken?

K1 Speaker may be faulty

Just wanted to ask if anyone who has the K1 about their speakers
I feel on my unit the sound coming out of the top speaker is louder than the bottom speaker is that normal? for example at max volume I can feel the vibration of the sound from the top speaker but not the bottom.
Also I can make the bottom speaker frame click by pressing on it like the plastic is slightly separating (This in particular is concerning) but I wanted to see if it was a manufacturing thing I cba RMA'ing for a replacement just for that to have the same issue.
It happens when you press on the top of the bottom speaker with your thumb kinda like jiggling a tooth you'll hear it and feel it move.

speaker are ok for me..
About the clicking it depends..
On mine it's not the speaker that move but a little click came from the rear tablet panel...but it's definitively not faulty...only normal plastic assembly

I've got the clicking when pressing around speaker grills on both top and bottom edges. Not sure what to think about it but I don't like it. Might return it and keep the Dell 7840.

Something moving inside the phone

A few days ago I noticed this weird rattling noise when I shake my phone, as if something inside is moving. I thought maybe the home button was wobbly, so I held the home button firmly and the noise is still there. I managed to hold all the buttons to prevent them from moving and shook the phone, but there's still something rattling inside it. I think it's the camera since if I take a closer look, it doesn't look like it's completely straight.
Also, when I launch the camera app, there are minor 'lags' when I move the phone, also it takes longer to focus now and sometimes doesn't focus at all.
Any idea if the rattling inside is the camera lens or lens cover or is it something else?

It's the camera. Because the rear camera has OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) sensor. While you don't use the camera, the lens is going to move arroung where it is. But if you turn on the rear camera and shake your phone you'll stop hearing because OIS is working

It's normal, don't worry. Once you star the rear camera, the magnets of the OIS will activate and if you shake it you won't hear that until you switch of the camera again.

Do you get sound through both bottom speakers?

I thought the audio speaker volume was a bit low and noticed sound is only coming out of the left speaker hole. It's really obvious if I cover up the holes in turn. Could you tell me if yours is the same please?
There IS only one speaker...
Ah, well that would explain it. Silly me, I thought - two speaker holes = two speakers!
One is speaker and the other is the mic
Silly me thought the exact same thing today. I randomly put my phone up to my mouth and noticed the sound went away after covering just 1 side.
Thanks for clearing that up guys!
