Pubg mobile on Poco F1

Hello, I have a question performance in playing pubg m with Poco 1 ,The things is I play with lowest graphic (smooth) and with extreme framerate setting in the game with FPP squad mode.
However I got lagged when drive a car(may be render issue) and the feeling when I drag my screen around is not perfectly smooth even it's not lag. The reason why I feeling this because I was play this game with iPhone 8 plus before I buy Poco F1 everything in 8 plus is fast and smooth.
So my question is PocoF1 is lower performance compare to 8 plus? or I need to config something for my Poco F1 to fix this issue?
This is my first post please forgive me if something wrong. and sorry for my grammar. Thanks.

Problems i have + questions and opinion.

Hello. I have op7 pro since yesterday and here are the things that bother me:
-Is there anything else than ramboost that kills apps? How can i disable it? I want few apps to run all the time if i dont kill them manualy.
-Youtube videos are not resized for fullscreen(black spots om the left and right.
-cant resize floating keyboard?
-I want sim1 to be 4G and sim2 2G. How can i set that?
-curved corners are not working perfectly on all apps. World of Tanks blitz as an example. Not a big issue though
-I went blind for few minutes after i turned on the flashlight
-its too long thats for sure.
-i though popup camera makes no sound when moving. Is it normal that mine makes sound? (Bzzz)
Questions:
-Does 1+ void warranty when rooted or unlocked bootloader? Is there anything about that in documents in the box?
-Whats their policy on dead pixels? None allowed? ISO standard?
-good video player? I used mx player so far
-screen is gorilla glass 5 or 6?
Opinion
So far i love this phone. I switched from htc 10 with leedroid. It stays cool all the time and works flawlessly. Good old htc was a little smaller. Only badside for me is the price. Its not very high but its not that cheap either. Still 9/10 i recomend it for everyone.

Do We have a Crap Screen or is it just mine?

I have downloaded this on my Netflix App Stranger Things 3 Ep1. I was using Xs Max prior to this. So when watching this episode I realised its too dark even in daylight scene. So I compared it to iPhone 8 Plus & Xs Max at the same scene & there was Night & Day Difference
No Matter whichever mode I selected the scene looked crap on Op7 pro ,Video Enhancer seemed to have no effect whatsoever.
No my question is ,Is That due to Hdr or screen is very much inferior? Or is it just the calibration done wrong by Oneplus.
If I root & flash custom kernel Will I be able to make it better?
Images attached are in full brightness on all the phones without any edits.
Even Lcd is better than Op7 Pro
Vs 8 plus its Nature Mode & Vs Xs Max its Srgb
I think its only yours. My colors are extremly colorful and sharp.

In general screen is vibrant & sharp but In videos when compared its not as bright as others
This is the screenshot taken of Comparison between the both from Pocket Now .See the colours, It's dull in Op7 Pro
The One Plus looks for realistic to me. The other phones seem blown out.

Can we tweak this with custom kernel or custom rom like Havoc or Lineage OS
The 7 pro should get brighter then the 8 plus. Compare hdr videos on YouTube.
I noticed the note 9 gets brighter with more clarity in direct sunlight compared to the 7 pro. But the 7 pro istill gets plenty bright and overall I prefer its larger 90hz display. It's possible there could be some variation in displays between units. Only way to test yourself is compare it with another pro.
To me it simply looks like the 7 pro is dimmer, which is normal, and the calibration is different but that mostly depends on how you set it on both. If you're going from an XS Max to a 7 pro DO NOT expect a similar quality screen, apple has way stricter QC and have the best calibrated screens, probably cherry picked as well, it's just a phone that costs nearly twice as much as the other so no surprise. I don't mean the 7 pro is bad, I think it's better than the s10 plus if we leave brightness out of the equation, you just shouldn't expect it to be on par with the more expensive iphones, which are demonstrated to be the best on the market.
For Me Brightness is not an issue, It's just that the screen in the videos seem dull or less vibrant when compared at same brightness levels. It looks like its calibrated in such a way that it suppress colours.
Is it possible to change that with a custom kernel or roms like havoc have their own calibration?
I would have bought S10+ if they launched sd variant here,Exynos is just ridiculous
I have the OP 7 Pro and a friend with an iPhone XS Max and his gets brighter but he likes the looks (color) and sharpness better on the 7 Pro. The pro is more true color and you can punch up the saturation more if you like. I think I have my 7 Pro display set on advanced>Display P3 and the slider bar about 55-60% if you used the Cold at 0% and Warm at 100% so it's slightly toward the warm side from the half way mark of the slider. This gives the 7 Pro display a bit more of a richer color.
Forget about the 90hz, the 7 Pro is just full on ridiculously better then any other phone but the one that's 120hz (Asus or ROG phone I think) especially since you can just force 90hz all apps on the fly (JOnePlus Tool app in Play store) and really see very little battery drain differences.
There is a HBM (high brightness) app you can use. Not sure if you need to be rooted or not. No issues here. Screen is beautiful.

It's a netflix HDR problem, even in 4k TVs.
Try a non HDR movie or series.
I was disappointed as well, but seems like it's got nothing to do with OnePlus.

I was watching the same show on Netflix today and I thought it was bad to. It was daylight out, but was very hard to see. Way to dark. I'm rooted so I don't think that matters. Maybe it's just that recording or stream.

Can we tweak with a custom kernel that supports it? I'm not rooted but will root if this is possible
You've probably already tried this but try playing around with the different picture settings (Screen calibration).
Also maybe try toggling the video enhancer option as well.

No need to be snarky about it.
I read *the* OP a couple days ago and didn't get a chance to respond until recently. I forgot some details of *the* troubleshooting steps and posted my response.
Replies like yours are why users end up feeling less inclined to try and help.

Not my OP :good:
Helping without reading/refreshing is rather pointless

Fixed
Regardless, I'll admit it's my mistake but still no need to be snarky about it.
I think with the alternative kernel is possible only to active the bright mode that push the nits at the max. I think is not possible to modify the contrast ecc... Like the s10+ video mode

oneplus 7 pro play PUBG charging and earphone problem

Hi,
Does any one has the charging problem while playing PUBG game? Since there is no 3.5mm jack port on Oneplus 7 pro. I am wondering how you guys solve this problem?
My s7edge play game very badly (throttling problem). I am looking for a phone which has the ability for daily use and awesome performance in games. I really like oneplus 7pro. But these 2 problems really make me hesitate... any suggestion or comment will be really appreciated!
Ps: The touch latency: it seems the phone works so well in daily use (~35ms). But I am curious how it works in games (PUBG)? There is a touch latency comparison between oneplus 7 pro and iphone xs on Youtube.
You're not really supposed to charge a phone and a play an intensive game at the same time, I mean no phone is gonna go through that without significant throttling. If you really want to charge and play pubg without major throttling then you have to use slower charging at least.
Touch latency on the 7 pro is pretty low AS LONG as it stays on 90hz. If the game defaults to 60hz and you can't set it to 90(I think only asphalt 9 has 90hz mode?) you'll notice significant touch latency, just like on earlier oneplus phones. That's one of the reasons I returned mine, the touch latency on the 90hz is comparable to other flagships' latency on 60hz, but if you're forced on 60hz you're looking at mid-range phone latency.

Force 120hz in all apps and games

Is there any way to force 120hz in apps and games...
Like on OnePlus there is the ADB command.
Because on games that support 120hz I get max 60 even if I choose it in the menu of the game.
Thank you
I'm also interested in this as well
Hey guys,
Really liking the phone, but there one major deal breaker, it does not go to 120hz on most games I have tried, such as grimvalor, subway surfers, oddmar, etc.
For some reason real racing 3 and pubg works, but others donot.
what also baffles me is youtube does not work at 120hz? but when you install youtube vanced, it works at 120hz. I'm aware coloros whitelists apps, and I wonder if there is a way to bypass that.
Any ideas how to force it via adb commands? have tried coloros_screen_refresh_rate (similar method for oneplus phones) and it deselects the option in the settings like oneplus, but the games still run at 60hz.
I wish there was an app like autohz that works with this phone. I tired contacting the developer and said he only supports phones he has (which is the galaxy s20 and oneplus phones).
I can imgaine there is nothing like autohz yet because of the community is not as vast, but this phone is really good and fully capable.
I don't know why they don't let us have 120hz everything or even a full 90hz option, if the phone dies we can charge it in 30 mins
Hello everyone, I just mailed the support (fr) and I got this reply :
We would like to inform you that an update is planned for a better gaming experience at 120hz.
We invite you to wait and activate the automatic update in order to benefit from the next corrections.
I hope this is not a joke because i feel fooled playing a 60fps...

Imagine.... I sold my ROG phone 2 and got the oppo just to find games dont work above 60fps. If they dont fix this my next phone wont be an OPPO! Its a shame because i think its one of the best phone on the market.
No one has other ideas to increase the amount of fps in games?

I heard they will update and fix this. Probably by then I will get another phone. £1100 phone but cant use the specs at maximum . I can get over the low call volume, blown highlight in pictures and worst lense flare I ever seen. But locking games on 12gb ram and SD865...too much.
This is what I used for getting 120hz forced

But it's not permanent after a reboot it's gone then you need to set it up again
