Uninstalled apps comming back after unrooting. - OnePlus 7 Pro Questions & Answers

Device: OnePlus 7 Pro
Os: Oxygen OS 10.0.1
I decided to uninstall the pre-loaded Netflix application that comes with the phone. I rooted my device and downloaded System App Remover to the successully uninstal the app. Once uninstalled the app, I decided to unroot the device. After unrooting the app came back.
Is this normal? Do I need to be rooted to uninstall the app? And where is comming the uninstalled app from after unrooting?
Thanks.

I usually delete the APK I use root explorer

Thanks for the replay
I also tried that. When I deleite the APK and reboot the app is deleted. Then , when i unroot with the magisk manager app, the uninstalled app returns.

yes i tryed that but the icon stays on my tab
You can flash back the stock rom and then reset back to factory. I mean that is if you are wanting to return it or sell it or something like that. Other than that if the uninstall does not remove it then I am not sure. Sorry I am not that much help but I got mine off my phone by reflashing the stock rom and factory resetting.

Just go to root folder and find oem folder/app and delete those apps simple
Just install Link2SD or SystemUninstall App from playstore.
Those App only work for rooted device.
Uninstall the useless Apps. But be careful with it, don't delete system functioning App.
After uninstall completed, reboot the device.

i have made a flashable script to remove those olx, moneycontrol, and snapdeel apps. wait i m bus right now
Download MoveTo SdCard from Play Store and from that unistall the apps

Problem after 8.1.0 update

Verizon Pixel Unlocked and rooted. I flashed the December release 8.1.0 (removed the -w). Everything worked as always, re rooted with Magisk. I had updates which include Data Transfer Tool, which has never shown up in the updates before. In the about information it says"This system app will be automatically installed on your phone. Please do not install this app." I can not find any way to stop it from trying to install, I cleared the play store cache, Did the January update, and it was right back. How do I get rid of it?
If it's a system app you can go into Settings/Apps and disable it or use a root tool to uninstall it like Titanium Backup. Just be careful, you might find your phone not working correctly if you uninstall it. At the most I'd disable (or freeze through Titanium Backup) first to see what happens. I don't even uninstall system apps anymore, I just disable them.

uninstall any system app will fail in boot error

up to Android version 9.0.8 it was no problem to uninstall system stock apps.
since 9.0.9 and now also 10.3 its not working any more.
even when i uninstall only one app e.g. google pay , the system will not boot on next restart.
i have only root via pached boot (Magisk Root without TWRP for OnePlus 6 Oxygen)
to get boot again i have to flash stock boot and install hole system via zip. (no data will be lost)
what security level recognize that some system apps are missing?

How are you uninstalling the system apps?
root and try again!
with app "system app uninstaller"
root and try again will be the same
iam the only which have that problem?
how do you uninstall system apps?
try to use titanium backup next time
what kind of app u installed ? if its like stock from the rom itself, sometiems yes it will not boot up. and why did u uninstall it.. i mean its not that heavy.
There's ur first issue. Don't use an app dude. Either use the debloat Magisk module or do it through adb. Apps have a tendency to f*** up
in the versions before 9.0.8 it was not a problem to uninstall it.

It in android 10 you can delete apps permanently through twrp, these 3rd party apps not yet compatible to delete them even with root.

I tried using TB and no success. A pop-up was displayed in TB when I tried to unistall an stock app saying it was not possible (or so on, I don't remember the text). I did it in OOS 10.3.0.
In my experience, the only way to not see the apps is freezing them witn TB, for instance.

How to remove/disable a system app without root?

I have samsung m21 not rooted. I tried to remove and disable Samsung Game Optimizing Service via ADB, it saying success when i entered the remove command, but in phone it doesn't removed. Also i try disabling via ADB too, it also giving another success message but app not disabled in phone. I tried to remove an random app downloaded from gplay store, and it removed perfectly (btw i removed some system apps in same phone via adb before). I searched this issue and i saw some people have same problem. I tried to disable that app from Package disabler pro (samsung) and CCSWE app manager (samsung) but M21 doesn't have Knox, so that method didn't worked too. Game Optimizing Service app is limiting your fps to 40. I dont want to root my phone. I want to remove, disable this app without root. How can i do that? Please help me. Thanks in advance.
