Does anyone know if these will have it?
Also as I'm thinking of buying can anyone tell me if left swipe has Google Now/Assistant?

Something is up with Android 7.1 or Google Pixel location services. Geofencing in the nest, notion, and lutron caseta apps are not updating. Anyone else seeing this? Home away assist clearly shows me as "not home" when I am. Even an uninstall didn't work.
Lutron caseta scenes aren't activating when I arrive home.

Noticed this. Nest Auto-Away and August Auto-Unlock aren't working for me. Very disappointed.
Nexus 5X | 7.1.1
I've been having this problem for a while (Android 7.1.2 and now 8.0). I will try to video call my wife using either Google Duo (Pixel to iPhone) or Facebook Messenger. We used to have the problem that calls could be initiated, but as soon as the other answered, it would hang up. We still have this problem except now the app doesn't even wait for us to answer, it just hangs up after a single ring or so. It's almost immediate.
I tried asking Google for help using the support option on the phone but they were less than helpful. The situation and the lack of support have made me mad enough to want to ditch the phone and get an iPhone (which I typically curse - I hate everything Apple but at least I could finally be compatible with the rest of my family).
Anyone had this problem before? How can I troubleshoot to resolve?

Are you using a smartwatch? It's a known problem with them, if you disable the phone audio profile for them, it should work.....I had the same issue too
Hey guys,
I need a quick answer to this question as I don't have much time before I have to configure another on-call phone for an overnight manager.
We use Sprint Service with the Samsung Galaxy S8 along with Call Recording app that recordings the company calls.
The phone has always been on Android 8 with no issues.
Now, the rep decided to update the phone to Android 9 - G950USQU5DSD3.
Now our Call Recording app doesnt work.
I ran into this before with an S9 but I wasn't sure if the same rules apply to the Software version and the 5th # from the right.
Since the 5th # from right is a 5, then I believe we cannot downgrade to Android 8.
Is that correct and accurate? or is there a way to downgrade!?
I need to know if I can downgrade this Galaxy S8 from Android 9.0 to Android 8!
Please help! Thanks!
Hi guys!
I bought this phone recently. Ever since if I plan a route in google map and open the browser or note or anything else the route disappears from the map if I open it again. I have to re-route every single time.
Have you ever seen a situation like this? What could it be? My guess is something with the memory or just setting. Any suggestion, please?
I would really like to understand this. I know Google shut down it's API for call recording a long time ago, and now, it's shutting down the ability for apps to use the accessibility API to do that. But, Pixel phones, and certain Samsung devices will have recording enabled on the google dialer, in certain areas(or countries).
Why only certain phones? Does Samsung pay google for that, or what?
My phone is a Teracube One (currently) it uses the google dialer but doesn't have the recording capability. I tried to switch my app store to Singapore to see if that would enable that functionality, but it didn't. I could try a factory reset, but I'm guessing that wouldn't work.
If I want call recording, in my next phone, what are my options? Buy only a Samsung or Pixel, after having paid for a flight to somewhere that it's enabled?
If I bought a fair phone, is there someway I could get call recording?
I'm lost and confused, on all this. I would appreciate anyone with a better understanding, commenting/replying.
Have you tried Cube ACR?

If I'm not mistaken, that won't work going forward as it uses the Accessibility API that all third party recording apps do.
Asking again, please help me to understand what options I have
