looks great, but why didn't you cut that plastic cover to reveal pop-up camera? it would be even better... i would even remove that piece bellow nfc sensor...

It's not exactly plastic, and I thought about it but it forces you to use shorter screws to hold the motherboard. On the other hand it is possible to create a notification LED by finding the contacts of the LED that goes on the Flex of the camera so when having the phone upside down I could know if I have a notification

I did it on my Xiaomi Mi9T earlier in the year.

I would rather custom spray sandstone spray if there is one like 1+1

Should I put a sheild on it?

Is it worth it to put a sheild on the smartwatch 2? Or is it worthless because it's scratch proof?
I wear it naked for a few months and the glass is perfect. The metal bezel is scratched a bit but it would have been even with a screen protector
Envoyé depuis mon HTC One
I work on a rail road and have been wearing mine for about 3 months to work and the glass is still flawless.

Have you been wearing it all the live-long day? Do you look at it just to pass the time away?
(sorry, I couldn't help myself)
I'm wearing mine since it's release day in and out and except of a few scratches (don't know how i got them) on the left there is nothing to complain about. I don't think it's necessary to put a shield on it. Here's a picture of it:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B25rwuqtZqUwRGcyV1pMQTVlMzQ
I bought a cheap screen protector for a tablet, and cut it to size.
I'd rather play safe than risk scratching my screen. The body have serveral dents on it already...
I have one on mine, bought in eBay and very happy! I have two little scratches on the shield, but not worried at all because it's on the shield and not the glass ?
Yo can buy a cheap pack of two for 3€ ?

I Have a protector on it, chose antireflecting shield to reduce reflections and feeling abit lucky now after hitting it very badly couple times to sharp edges.

No, I've made by myself. I just opened a fake Casio, and cut the corner. Use your imagination, it's try and miss.

I would definitely buy a leather cover for mine too.
If you make it pm me or quote me here.
I only found one from crocodile geniune leather on ebay, but it looks differently than on G4 and its not a replacement of original back shell,so i think nothing like that exists http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ultra-thin-...hash=item1a00f884f4:m:miWC-OSaGtInDfN_uAz7xGA

Moto E 2nd gen Alternative bumpers [REVIEW]

As we all know the new Moto E has replaceable bumpers that can come in the device's colour or in a pre-set of colours from motorola, but if you don't want to spend 20 bucks on a bumper that just gives a new look to your phone I've found a pretty neat alternative at a real cheap price, I've just received mine (in blue and in green) and so far I have nothing to point, except that it does feel a bit cheap, because it is cheap, the buttons are a little hard on press in the beginning and I feel like I have to be more careful taking the bumper of the phone that with the stock bumper, besides that the bumper is very neat and has a few more colours than the ones Motorola offer.
So if you are interested in new bumpers for your Moto E here is the link where I bought mine

Laser sensor and cases

Any cases available on Prime and in stock that don't jack up the laser autofocus?
Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
I see most cases have cut out for the three spots on the left (camera, flash, sensor) but not the two spots on the right. What are those? Is it ok to block it?
Spigen ultra hyper case is the only case that leave the visor fully exposed which I am planning to use the phone in.

Don't know what those 2 holes are, but they don't look like sensors. The white thing on the right is a "warranty void if removed" sticker on top of a screw.
What's most interesting about this device is that it does indeed look like it could support dual sims with the right tray... Or a sim/SD card slot. There are definitely 2 chip hookups behind that shroud in the teardown. It's possible that it's just a dummy port though.

Weird small circle under the display

Hello everyone,
Have been enjoying the Fold 2 for almost a month now.
Installed a dbrand skin on it, removed the screen protector. It's great!
Noticed one thing today....
Somewhere to the left of the selfie camera on the inner display, there is a small circle. Around 5mm in diameter.
I noticed it when I was cleaning my inner screen.
Quick google search, didn't find anything. The circle is barely noticeable until you get the light angle just right. (Even with the screen off, with the screen on, you can't see it)
Doesn't affect the screen brightness or colors in any ways. "Not yet"..... And hopefully wont...
I wonder, does anyone have any ideas what it is? A sensor? Dust? Adhesive going off? Because I heated the skin a little bit on?
If it was the heat, I only did it around the edges, not closer to the middle. And the circle is on the other side of the area that I heated. (Also, if so, then there should be more circles around)
Thank you!!!
I just feel like we need to figure this out together.

It was very hard to take the picture. Even finding the circle with light, was difficult at first.
