Hi users, recently I bought matte 9h glass from aliexpress. It's a full display screen protector which has a black bezel (it covers whole front glass).
I'm using Havoc os rom (i recommend this rom) and I turned on the battery bar. I switched the battery bar under the nav bar and look what happened. Doesn't it look pretty?

It's very simple, the battery bar just shines through the black bezels of the screen protector (it's not precisely made so it cuts some of the display on the bottom approx. 1mm)
Why phone manufacturers doesn't make a phone with the battery indicator like this one? I'd have bought it without thinking, for me it looks really good.
There are that 'gaming' phones that have battery indicators on the back, but I think they should implement them on the sides or on the front.
Anyway, I thought that was pretty interesting thing to share, I do not think it's useful or smth, so please don't hate
Wtf is this

Hey, do you have battery drain issues? I change from resurrection remix to havoc and battery drains way faster in havoc
Looks pretty, and I genuinely appreciate the "it's not a bug, it's a feature" mindset you got there hahaha
Seems pretty useless unless you're looking at your phone at an angle, though :[

I think LG ripped off the Evo's look, at least on the front. The FF-camera is in the same position. The volume rocker is on the right instead of the left. The speaker grill is the same shape. The only thing that's different is this thing has a huge bezel and the menu and home buttons are swapped. I've been hearing the silver thing on the back is even a kickstand.
Aesthetics aside, power is nice, but at the same time it comes at the expense of battery. I think this thing is going to die within a few hours. I don't quite trust LG with high-end phones; they're not known to be in that market. Still though, the internals sound awesome. Finally a dual-core phone with a good GPU.

so ugly looking
The back metal stripe reminds me of my Rhodium.
All I have to say is DAMN!
That's got some power to it regardless of how fugly it is!
I'm telling you, it looks like a fake Evo. I think that's a vertical kickstand on the back. Notice how it's curved at the top? I think you push it in and the stand pops out.
Even if they were trying to copy the evo what so bad about that? If it was Samsung on the other hand....*facepalm*

Just thought I'd share the case I picked for my Inspire. You can buy it here:
http://www.amazon.com/Premium-Thermoplastic-Polyurethane-Universal-Silicone/dp/tech-data/B004PJY8P0
And, no, I'm not the seller lol
At a first glance, it doesn't look very cool, but their picture on Amazon is just crappy and doesn't represent what it really looks like. So, I took a couple of pictures for you to see:

Sorry for the big size, but I wasn't gonna spend time editting pics for this purpose. Overall, it's thin (which is the way I like for my cell phone cover), gives you good grip but doesn't collect dust, and has a semi-transparent cool look to it. The best part is, it's only $7! (+shipping = about $10).
I know it looks a little bluish in the pics, but it's the lighting. It's actually the same color as the back metal cover of Inspire 4G.
I'm pretty happy with it. Oh, just so you know, the free silicone ball stand is a junk, so forget about it. I already threw it away. It doesn't bother me because I wanted the case, and it's a good case for the price!

Mine isn't a software-related problem but an hardware one: let me explain
The flash light we have next to the rear camera is "closed" with a crystal-transparent plastic cover..only mine is moving in his seat? it's quite bouncing.. doesn't seem so rock-solid.
Watching at the picture I posted, mine seems like "embossed".. any way to take it to the original position?
I am the only one with this "problem" ?
Mine has the same issue as well. It seems like as the top edge of the plastic cover is of the hole and the bottom edge is recessed, it makes the little plastic bounce.
My camera lens is moving.

Yeah same here. I love my Desire S, but I have to say that it's not so solid. Battery cover makes some loud too when pressing on sides..
Just wanted to post a quick recommendation on that awesome screen protector! :good:
After a year with unprotected nexus 4 I decided to finally get one, and because I had bestskinsever's products before (my old GNexus) i knew they are great..
Shipping - as before was very fast, 4 days from US to Israel is impressive
Application - very smooth! its a wet application that took me 2 minutes to complete + 1-2 hours to let it completely dry before I started using my device normally.
Overall - really great product, I love the feel of the matte screen protectors and the great visibility in direct sunlight - the only downside its the grainy looks of it (pictures attached) - but that don't bothers me at all.
Ordered it directly from bestskinsever.

Whoa. This looks absolutely fantastic. The feel of glossy plastic/glass can be a pain to use if you're prone to sweaty hands. Will be picking this up, thanks.

Matte might be better in sunlight, but I just don't dig how it makes the screen look overall. Anyway, good review.
Definitely looks impressive, don't like the grainy look very much though.
Hi,
:fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:
here is my design for a smart phone without notch or motorized cameras. Its a simple design and i hope some manufacturers may try it.

Hi,
For more info, the design is having the upper portion which circles around the main display screen. And is of AMOLED the outer screen has permenent black background where the signal notification and time is shown along with battery indicator as a line which shortens and changes colours as per battery percentage. The camera and flash are there with shaped spaces. Thus we get a border which can lit up on standby to show all notification and even light up the whole corners when notification arrives. The inner main display remains there for all the utilities. The notification and indicators all accommodate the outer screen also giving a thin separation we get to only replace the outer display in time of drop break which will only effect the outer screen.
