BestSkinsEver Matte Screen Protector Review - Nexus 4 Accessories

Just wanted to post a quick recommendation on that awesome screen protector! :good:
After a year with unprotected nexus 4 I decided to finally get one, and because I had bestskinsever's products before (my old GNexus) i knew they are great..
Shipping - as before was very fast, 4 days from US to Israel is impressive
Application - very smooth! its a wet application that took me 2 minutes to complete + 1-2 hours to let it completely dry before I started using my device normally.
Overall - really great product, I love the feel of the matte screen protectors and the great visibility in direct sunlight - the only downside its the grainy looks of it (pictures attached) - but that don't bothers me at all.
Ordered it directly from bestskinsever.

Whoa. This looks absolutely fantastic. The feel of glossy plastic/glass can be a pain to use if you're prone to sweaty hands. Will be picking this up, thanks.

Matte might be better in sunlight, but I just don't dig how it makes the screen look overall. Anyway, good review.

Definitely looks impressive, don't like the grainy look very much though.

Screen protectors - Brando vs. Exim - Which is best?

Which screen protector is the best? I'm looking for the ultra clear ones (not anti-glare) which both Brando and Exim makes. I've had a Brando anti-glare one for my old dell axim and its lasted me a long time. Are the new ones any good or the Exim better?
Guys, I'm going to bump this thread.
I've just "upgraded" to a Mio A701

and it generously comes bundled with some screen protectors. Which look like I've smeared monkey poo on my screen. And are slightly thicker.
In the past, I've loved Exim protectors, although I came to the happy realisation yesterday that the Mio has a screen approx 1.5mm smaller then my magician, and so the protector didn't fit.
Hence, ebay beckons. Any thoughts on which brands are top notch now?
Someone mentioned some Belkin "razor thin" ones, 15 in a pack. Sounds a bit Quick-E-Mart to me, but any thoughts?

V Smart Armour Case for Desire HD

Just bought one of these for my Desire HD and it turned up this morning...
pretty impressed with it
Flip case with good padding on the edges which rap around the phone and gives a secure fit.
Edges are well padded as in the front screen section this has extra padding to help save the screen
Just over £20 with delivery from Mobile Fun...

Thanks for posting the photos! I've been looking at this case. How has it held up so far? How securely does the Desire HD fit into the case - does it lock or snap in well?
i saw my friends using this case, seems preety awesome...maybe time to change case for my self
wow this looks really good and promising. But my concern is with the flipping part, like how's holding the phone in landscape? like are there any problems? does the flip get in the way or does it fold all the way to the back?
time to change my case?!
But i dont understand one thing, when you make a call, is the flip just hanging around, or how is it in use? Does it flip up or down?
Looks very backward on the pics from mobilefun.co.uk...

Cheap but decent thermoplastic case!

Just thought I'd share the case I picked for my Inspire. You can buy it here:

And, no, I'm not the seller lol
At a first glance, it doesn't look very cool, but their picture on Amazon is just crappy and doesn't represent what it really looks like. So, I took a couple of pictures for you to see:

Sorry for the big size, but I wasn't gonna spend time editting pics for this purpose. Overall, it's thin (which is the way I like for my cell phone cover), gives you good grip but doesn't collect dust, and has a semi-transparent cool look to it. The best part is, it's only $7! (+shipping = about $10).
I know it looks a little bluish in the pics, but it's the lighting. It's actually the same color as the back metal cover of Inspire 4G.
I'm pretty happy with it. Oh, just so you know, the free silicone ball stand is a junk, so forget about it. I already threw it away. It doesn't bother me because I wanted the case, and it's a good case for the price!

Skinomi Carbon Fiber Skin

So Skinomi was the only skin available when I ordered my phone and I just got it installed to day. No pics of the front as its just the usual clear front skin but here are some pics of the carbon fiber black back. It fits pretty well but does leave the sides a little unprotected. Pictures with and without flash, couldn't tell which ones were better.
Install of the carbon fiber is a little more difficult to line up as you cannot slide it around because it doesn't use solution, its just a sticker with special adhesive. I got it as strait as I could. Enjoy.

It looks pretty neat, but why is the bottom split in half and the top isn't seems to me you just cover the entire thing at once or split it into three segments like the original back cover.

X-Gear EXOSkin [FullBodySkin]

http://www.xgearlive.com/products/android/lg/exoskin-lg-nexus-4
Has anyone tried one of these skins? They look very similar to dbrand skins which is what I just ordered, but X gear provides a full body skin for a couple dollars extra?

I'm interested to know as well. Anyone using this or had this for their nexus 4?
bubinga wood skin
I just installed mine tonight. Back of it is flawless and so easy to put on. Feels like real wood. The only beef I have is the front side. It does not protect the actual screen of the phone.....so I tried to install it over my BSE clear skin protector. Wasn't the best move (if perfection was what I was going for) because I ended up ripping the thin sides off to make installation over a barely dried wet applied clear skin. Still looks awesome though and I really really like it overall.
If I had to do it over again....I would have installed the front EXOskin over a tempered glass protector for the complete look. The reason the EXOskin didn't play well with the clear skin already on the phone is that the EXOskin is very adhesive. I think it would have been better over something like tempered glass. That would have given it protection over the actual screen and a wood look elsewhere.
Like I stated though....love mine.
