I have Samsung Galaxy SM-j730f, when I try to make update my phone, appear : Procesing Failed as well appear Register Device Procesing Failed also when I try to acces in my Samsung Cloud Or Samsung Account appear: CULDN'T CONNET, CHECK YOU INTERNET CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN:

My phone`s ( galaxy skyrocket) display has gone completely & i can`t access it and unfortunately it is in locked mode too. Tried connecting to pc and access it with samsung kies, but says connected in locked mode and hence can`t read it. I just don't wanna go to service center or any other store as my phone contains important information and documents. So, can you guys please help me in retrieving the data from internal memory of the phone, or at least get the contacts and wipe out completely the rest of the information and files.

Hi, I have GT-N8000 (Galaxy Tab Note 10.1) and I recently root tablet from this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-10-1/development/rom-lollipop-t3269375)
Now, I have a problem with TeamViewer Host. I try connect to tablet from PC, when connect I click on "Remote Control" in PC, and I receive one message in tablet, say "This device supports our Remote Control feature. In order to use this feature, please download our free Add-On", I download the Addon-On and when the tablet is installingt he Add-On I always receive this message "App not installed".
How I can fix it?
