Q-help !!!! Soft bricked my m8 !

So I really need help....I just switched from Verizon to T-mobile today, and wanted to change my rom from verizon stock to T-mobile stock. I changed my MID and CID number to T-mobile, but a official RUU failed to install on my M8. So I changed my CID number back to verizon, but I cannot install any rom on my M8 because I changed my MID number to T-mobile. I cannot get into recovery, and my device says its relocked. What do I do ! ? Please help !

So you can get unlocked using HTC dev if your mid and Cid aren't vzw. That would be a start. You do not need to be locked or relocked to run any ruu. What error did you get?

Everytime I unlock my bootloader at HTCDEV and reboot, it always goes back to relocked when I restart my device, and If i try to use fastboot reboot-bootloader it just hangs. Here is my getvar info....C:\Users\Administrator>fastboot getvar all

Another issue I am having is that when I flash a T-mobile stock ROM my devices won't allow me to do it. I have been unable to flash any roms at all.....

Set your Cid to 11111111
Then try your ruu again. If that doesn't work use my vzw ruu to see if you can at least get a booting phone again.

Try flashing this in ruu mode and let me know if you get custom recovery back.

Take the android-info.txt out of that zip and drag it into my full ruu zip (replacing the one within it) and then flash the full ruu

Also try clearing cache(and system data if required) through stock recovery if successfully flashing the stock ROM doesn't work!

Please, help with firmware flash on Motorola XT1540.

I've got a Motorola XT1540 which I tried to flash with 6.0 firmware using this file: XT1540_OSPREY_RETUS_2GB_6.0_MPI24.65-25.1_cid9
I flashed it via fastboot and ended up with a lot of errors (preflash validation failed, version downgraded, etc.). Now device doesn't boot up and it freezes on the screen I attach below.
Does anybody know what to do? The phone was bought in USA, so I think the firmware is correct, and there shouldn't be any downgrade involved since I'm trying to flash with 6.0 version.
I don't know what else to do.

From what I've read, if I unlock the bootloader, flashing MIGHT work (it shouldn't be necessary though, since I'm flashing and US firmware on and US phone), but I can't unlock it since I don't have OEM unlock activated. And I can't activate it since I cannot boot up the phone.

Factory reset in the stock recovery first, and then flash the device again, step by step... the firmware you noted is correct and is the latest version so a downgrade is not possible, please post a log of the entire terminal session, beginning with "fastboot devices" and "fastboot getvar all" and all the way through to the end.
If the device won't boot, you cannot unlock the bootloader, so no point in even discussing that at this time.

I doubt if you can temporarily boot a recovery image while the bootloader is locked. You can flash it though-

From the looks of your getvar output, the emmc (internal storage chip) is corrupt. If you can't flash the partition table to fix the filesystem it might be bricked
How did it get like this?

Hmm... I would get a refund.
Since Marshmallow fails, have you tried Lollipop? XT1540_OSPREY_RETUS_2GB_5.1.1_LPI23.72-44_cid9 at this point it can't really hurt anything, the key is to get it back into working condition, and all the RAW filesystem types bothers me, but the IMEI is intact so there is some hope if we can get the firmware in there.

Looks corrupt beyond what we do... If both the latest 5.11 and 6.0 fail and the bootloader is locked its likely bricked.

G4 Plus XT1642 refuses to accept image

I'm just about ready to throw the G4 Plus in the bin, but before I do, I thought I'd give it one last chance.

Help - HTC U11 Life (Sense not working, Software modified)

I recently got an HTC U11 Life (Sense Version) in a joblot. Its running android 8.0.0 I tried to check If there are pending updates, there were none. I boot in recovery, that is when i noticed that the bootloader has a "relocked" flag. The problem I have with the phone, Blinkfeed does not work whatsoever. SENSE also is not working proper, I cannot download or check out phone themes. Please see attached images. What can i do? I wish someone had figured if there was a way to convert from sense to androidone. How can I have the Sense working again? Let me know.
