I'm having an issue, I'm using note 10 plus, I'm on Android version 9.
Whenever I have multiple notifications and I swipe to clear 1 notification it clears all my notifications, doesn't matter if it's on the lock screen swiping or on the drop notification menu (swip from top screen down and you see all the quick toggle buttons for WiFi, Bluetooth etc)
I talked with Samsung and they have no idea about it, by the way I'm rooted with magisk. Hope someone can help me please.
Here's a video GIF to see what happens when i swipe to dismiss one notification, the other one clears also, have no idea what causes it .

will return on Lollipop?
Probably not because of the new lock screen notifications
What a loss...
Actually it is still here

Click to expand...
Click to collapse
The annoying thing is that with Lollipop, if you set pattern or pin, you get to either show notification content or hide it. ...some of us don't want our text messages showing on like lock screen...
Now Play works well with the buttons but Spotify for example....
Good to known! Now i hope that they make the quick button in the lockscreen not like a notify but more "integrated"
Ever since I installed factory image on my N5, if my screen is already ON when I am receiving a call, I get the following screen:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
If I use the buttons at the top, it works just fine. But if I slide to the right (green) to answer the call, it does nothing. Also, I find this to be a bit buggy because the bottom part of screen covers the app that is already open. I thought the whole point of heads-up incoming call notification was so that current app isn't blocked by call screen.
Is this a common occurrence? Or is just mine an odd case?
Hi,
Sometimes when I get missed call, I am not able to clear missed call notification even after clicking clear-all. A white plain notification stays in notification bar. I could get rid from this when restarted the device.

Hi, I can confirm the issue is also happening to me on Nougat.
What I found is that this happens when you dismiss the missed call notification (slide it sideways) from the notification bar, without going in the Phone call list. If you go to the call list first, the notification will disappear anyway and you will not have the issue with the empty notification.
It's kinda weird, but yes I DO WANT to have the pop-up notifications on top of the screen on homescreen, lockscreen and on apps as well. The best thing I would desire is the bubble banner as of the stock sms app (when edge lighting is on) or the banner with reply/mark as read options. And i'd like to apply them to all my message apps such as Viber/Whatsapp/Messenger FB, etc.
I've tried many times, turning on and off many options. It just doesnt work. Or at least not consistently.
Im on Superman/Batman Rom, preferrably Notorious Kernel.; and Nova Prime launcher.
If anyone can explain how it works, how I would get them with which rom/kernel/launcher/apps I would appreciate it very much. Sr for bad English. Thanks guys.

Just bought a Pixel 6a for a family member who had a stroke and uses a iPhone.
They have limited finger strength and want notifications like twitter and text etc to turn on lock screen and show the detail like IOS vs just the badge like android...
Any ideas on apps or settings to make this happen?

nevermind I didn't read it properly..
What do you mean by "badge"?
The fact that when there are multiple notifications from one app, they are grouped?
Or the fact that after there are enough notifications on the lock screen, it only shows the app's icon, and the user has to swipe down to expand the notifications?
