There is a clock in the top bar. What is this program and where can I get it?

I noticed that on some of the screens/views the clock is displayed on the left side of the screen and it goes to far to the left and only the last digit is visible.
Anyone else noticed that. On the calls history view the one after you press the green answer button it goes to far left.But On the reminders view it is displayed fine and it is on the left side but it does not go to far and you can see the clock.

Yes, this is known problem

Lotify Notification Maker

Hi, I've created a small program called Lotify market link
It is kind a reminder/to-do program.
You create a notification with a subject & message.
It stays on notification area as long as you want.
Notifications survive reboot and it is share aware so you can post/share text content from another app
I've also added over 100 of Android's default Holo icons to set as your notification icon.
Idea is not mine but I was in love with it the moment I've heard.
I am planing to add some sort of schedule option where notification pops up at given time.
I'd like to hear some feedback

Call answer button doesn't work on Android Lollipop (screenshot inside).

Ever since I installed factory image on my N5, if my screen is already ON when I am receiving a call, I get the following screen:

If I use the buttons at the top, it works just fine. But if I slide to the right (green) to answer the call, it does nothing. Also, I find this to be a bit buggy because the bottom part of screen covers the app that is already open. I thought the whole point of heads-up incoming call notification was so that current app isn't blocked by call screen.
Is this a common occurrence? Or is just mine an odd case?

Incoming Call Notifications Issue

Just recently upgraded to a Pixel 3 from Mi A1.
There's this issue about incoming calls not waking up the screen and showing. During incoming calls, phone will ring but screen will not turn on and no call notification screen will be shown. I have to pull down the notification screen to answer the call.
After some reading online, manage to find the notification settings for the phone app and found my incoming call notification has been set to Show Silently but the option is grey out and I can't change the settings.
Anyonw with similar experience? How do I solve this?

This has been an issue since my Mi A1.

When I swipe to clear 1 notification all my notifications clear, help!

I'm having an issue, I'm using note 10 plus, I'm on Android version 9.
Whenever I have multiple notifications and I swipe to clear 1 notification it clears all my notifications, doesn't matter if it's on the lock screen swiping or on the drop notification menu (swip from top screen down and you see all the quick toggle buttons for WiFi, Bluetooth etc)
I talked with Samsung and they have no idea about it, by the way I'm rooted with magisk. Hope someone can help me please.
