Hello,
I`m currently trying to unbrick a old Oneplus One of a friend of mine.
When powering on the phone normally, it gets stuck at the Oneplus logo.
When I try to boot into recovery, the logo appears again but after some time its fades away and the screen is black.
So my only hope is that i can boot into fastboot without problems and the phone is recognized by my computer.
It eighter appears as "Android Bootloader Interface" or as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008", depending how long I press the fastboot buttons on startup.
I already have tried to flash everything new normally via fastboot and also used the OPO Recovery Tool and Msm8974DownloadTool.exe, both seemed to have flashed their software successfully (as the fastboot screen and the opo logo changed), but I`m still stuck in a bootloop.
I now wanted to ask if anyone has any more ideas what to do, and please don`t say there are many topics on this already as none of their fixes worked for me sady.

The light was flashing, i thought someone i loved sent me a text, i pressed the button, the screen didn't come on, strange...Pressed it again, it rebooted, i felt the P.O.S.T. vibration and then the Pink Motorola Logo thats it. it wouldn't boot.
So, next day after a full charge i try again, still, stuck on moto logo. i pres vol- & Pwr get in to fastboot Vol- to recovery then vol+ to select. from there it just rebooted again and displayed motorola logo for an hour, so it wasnt doing squat.
so i go looking around for my stock rom, 4.4.3 WIND or (Dave Wireless) ----AWS 1700+2100 network---- Nothing. do some reading, see this moto g tool to convert to google play edition, WHY NOT RIGHT, so i try, nothing happens despite my pc telling me otherwise i still the same problem.
*cracks knuckles*
So i open up command prompt, try to remember my fastboot commands and unlocked my bootloader. i wipe everything, then go to install a rom by going through the "fastboot flash logo logo.bin commands. - this failed so i did some more reading, i need a motorola variant of fastboot, no problem, i download it.
everything is successful so far except recovery, i get Hab check failed for recovery or mismached partition size for whatever recovery from any source i could find at this point.
now at this point, i BELIEVE i had a xt1032 but fastboot tells me its a xt1034. i googled the specs of each, and well maybe i do have a xt1034 because of the aws,
so i read more, it says i should just continue with doing what im doing and forget about the errors, but it still wont boot.
can anyone walk me through fastboot by fastboot command to get me up and running on ANYROM with ANYRECOVERY
i just need it to boot.
Hi guys. I'm new to all of this, so apologies if i sound like an idiot.
A few days ago my nexus 5 shut itself down, and id not turned on since then.
tried many different ways to turn it on, but it was acting weird.
starting it through fastboot mode took it the furthest.
cleared my cache, factory reset it, but its still now loading. opened it up, reconnected everything, wiggles the power button (after many people saying it was their problem) and nothing helped. at the beginning it would show me the google logo, then shut itself down, or keep trying to restart. now it's just staying on the colorful circles for hours. can keep it running the whole night and it still wont load. in or out of charging.
So now i'm trying to put a new system in it through adb, but my computer doesn't read my phone. what can I do?
Did anyone have anything similar? does anyone know what i need to do to connect my pc and nexus 5?
Thanks in advance for any advice!
If using the flash-all script from Google Nexus (Hammerhead) image doesn't work, your sole recourse is flashing with BoardDiag and Qualcomm USB QDLoader 9008 driver.
When Nexus5 is booting up you need to hold Vol+ and Power for 8-9 sec, until you see it in Device Manager. There is a whole thread on "de-bricking" about it here.
You must use fastboot commands to flash the stock ROM with the phone in fastboot mode and an unlocked bootloader.
Hello guys, right now i'm in big troubles with my FRD-L09C432. I tried to flash the rollback package (wich was working yesterday) but this time after the flashing process phone won't boot, i tried to enter recovery mode but i couldn't. Then i entered in fastboot mode and unlocked bootloader in order to reset the phone. I entered yes on the screen and the phone tried to reboot but now it is stuck on "your phone is unlocked..." and at the bottom: "your phone is booting now". But nothing happen and right now i cannot access recovery, or fastboot or even dload nothing works, i disconnected the battery and started the phone again but nothing... When i try to rebbot it in fastboot, recovery or dload mode it just vibrates twice and show the same screen with "your phone is booting now"
I'm really desperate i have never had a hopeless situation like that, i need your help, thanks a lot for any suggestion or idea that i could try.

Unfortunately i have no access to fastboot that's why even DC Phoenix cannot do anything...
fastboot ... conect phone to PC. If the phone its on or off dosend matter.
After conecting to PC hold volume - and power buton (first volume- !) .... and wait a while ... it may reboot severel times. befor enter fastboot.
After enter fastboot try this https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-8/help/honor-8-hard-bricket-how-to-restore-t3739551
I pray to access this damn fastboot mode dude but i've tried everything and i cannot get into it even when i disconnect/reconnect the battery
My opinion is that the phone tries to reboot in order to reset itself but smthg prevent it from rebooting correctly, a friend told me the boot is damaged/corrupted
Go to one of those high street repair shops. They fixed mine for 80 pounds.
The tech tried with his Huawei flashing box but he couldn't detect the phone...
Did your device got unbriked?
No i bought one with the screen broken and i swapped thé motherboards, but the other is still bricked
Hello folks, new to this forum with a problem
i have a 2 year old oneplus 6, was listening to some songs and the phone just went blank. It showed the Qualcomm Crash Dump Mode on the screen and stays until i press volume up+down+power button.
Then i get the fastboot mode and when i click start, it takes back to the Qualcomm Crash Dump Mode. Can someone help, have never unlocked bootloader or flashed any kind of custom rams.
u can flash it via MSMtool no need to unlock bootloader

Hi!
I have tried to install a custom rom, but there was an error. When I tried to boot back to bootloader mode, the qualcomm logo started blinking and the device is vibrating.
Tried to connect to pc, but I don't see any device in COM Ports in the device manager, also MSM tools says waiting for the device.
If I connect the cable while I am pressing the both volume button, I hear the sound from the pc that something is connected, but after a few seconds the device disconnects.
Can you help me?
Got the same problem installing a wrong firmware, probably. I'm hoping for someone knowing how to solve...
That was easy. Unfortunately I had to format the phone entirely (MSMTool), but it's back with the living.
Install Qualcomm EDL drivers
Download an MSMTool release for OnePlus 8T
Enter in EDL Mode. With the phone connected to a computer running Windows, press volUp + volDown right when you see the Snapdragon logo. The phone will stay with screen off
Follow the usual flashing procedure with MSMTool
Thanks, I just had to install the Qualcomm drivers exe file. After that it appeared in device manager.
