Hi All, I'm new here and not sure this is right place to ask for help. As the title say I'm getting annoying notifications even though I proceed with the update witch is failing on blue screen at 27%. Tried to disable this, no luck it is pretty persistent.
Anyone who had this problem and solved please help. Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

the fastest and easiest way to fix this is to flash the newest firmware on the phone yourself. Sounds conterintuitive to be the fastest and easiest, i know. But it is.
are you familiar with a windows executable called "Odin"?

Hey guys,
I rooted the phone and took of some AT&T apps, but am experiencing the damn GPS issue that others seem to be experiencing. I would like to revert back to factory install of the phone so I can exchange and hopefully get lucky with a new phone. Can someone please detail the procedure for me??
Many thanks in advance!
P
Over in the Development section, there's a thread with instructions on how to fix the GPS problem. Most are finding it works. You might check that before going through the trouble.

Hi there
I hope someone in here can help me.
My friend has a Samsung SGH-I677 phone, running windows. He wants to change to Android.
Does anyone know how I can change it for him??
or If there is an Android Rom for his phone??
Please help, I have googled it, but no luck so far.
Thank you
Johan
I've got a SGH-i677, don't think these phones can go to Android architecture just yet. It would take a serious dev team to do this. I haven't even seen a reliable jailbreak short of temp breaks that allow you to sideload certain things. (anyone else feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). This phone is a beast of annoying. I'm not sure why I wanted to try owning one of these yet. They literally have over 1001 "no you can't do thats"

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. It sounds to me like you need to flash the stock firmware. Unfortunately, there is nothing on XDA on how to do that. You might try going to your device's web site and seeing if there is any help there. Or posting your question here,http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/help Sorry I can't be of more help
thank you I will try this and hope it will work
well I have been out of luck to find a way to do this maybe the locked bootloader on my kyocera rise? the force closes are more frequent as well as my other issues it is very hard to use my phone
Out of a sudden, a black thin vertical line appeared on my phone. Originally, it disappeared but then it appeared again. Restarted my phone, took the battery out blah blah, it did not really work.
I have my phone since late October, so it is not that new , but not too old to start getting problems like that! Never dropped water or anything, it wears a screen protector and is in a case all the time!
Help please! I really cannot afford a new phone at the moment!
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. You're not going to like this, but it's most likely a hardware issue. But you never gave any information on what device you have. Flashing the stock firmware might help you and if I had your device info I could point you in the right direction to try that.

Hi there!
My device is Doogee Dagger DG550 and it came pre-installed with Android KK 4.4.2 (I have rooted it and installed many things since then).
Is it gonna get worse? Can the stock firmware fix it? ((((((
There is not a lot of information about your device on XDA. But maybe someone in this thread can help you, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2712333&page=47
The point is that it is a rather screen problem than a Doogee problem (I think).
So any solutions for getting rid of a black line on screens would help (from Samsung users, HTC users, any users).
It's most likely a hardware issue and stock firmware is not going to help. But I'd a least try flashing the stock firmware. See the link I gave you to see if anyone there knows how to do that on your device. Because I can't find anything on XDA which will tell you how help you. Most likely you are going to have to get the screen replaced.
I need helping finding a way to mirror my screen. I know that the Samsung Flagship's have this function and that there are some apps out there that will or are suppose to do it. But I went through about 20 apps yesterday but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how I can get this function to work on my J700T. If someone helps find me a way that works, with me seeing it work on my own tv, I will be more then happy to donate a little something to you. Thanks a lot guys. Cheers.
Also is there a 100% good recovery image for the J700T Marshmallow 6.0.1 MetroPCS. Then have we got the tools out there to flash it with a custom ROM that is Marshmallow based? Again thanks a lot guys... You all have always came through when a mate needed you.:fingers-crossed:
