Try this before entering fast boot

On windows 7 sometimes OMAP4430 flashes too fast so you cant install driver.
There is a a windows feature that will help you install the driver easier.
To view devices that were once installed but are no longer attached to the computer, open a Command Prompt window using the Run As Administrator option and enter the command:
SET DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES=1
Then, from the same command prompt, type devmgmt.msc to open Device Manager. Choose View, Show Hidden Devices. The new instance of Device Manager will show “ghosted” entries for devices that were once present. This technique is especially useful for fixing problems caused by leftover drivers after replacing a network card or video card—you can easily delete the ghosted device or update the OMAP4430 driver.

if you don't see any script , you did'nt use omap boot , run it chose option 2, pull out battery press vol up , plug phone , omap drivers should be recognize (check in the device manager while doing this ) then pull back the battery without waiting 5 sec as the script tells you , U should see the grey LG logo ( mean that you are in fastboot mode ) , you may also see a new device in device manager called " LG COSMO " or something like that , the drivers are also in the omapboot folder
apologize my english
Yeah just like that also make shure u have omap drivers installed also manually

I also got it working on my win7-32bit. So i went to my parents desktop win7-64bit and it worked out just fine without installing any drivers. (i dont know what they have done on that pc before )

[Q] C-coding, help !!!

ok i have this question :
Code:
Study and execute the following program in CMAP:
main()
{ // Find the Machine Epsilon: the smallest positive number E such that 1+E > 1
E = 1; N = 0;
print(^" N E ");
do
{
E = E/2; N = N+1;
print(^, "%3.0f", N, "%25.16e", E);
} while (1+E/2 != 1);
print(^^," 1+E/2 > 1 : ", 1+E/2 > 1, ^^," 1+E > 1 : ", 1+E > 1);
}
(a) The objective of the program.
(b) Two new versions of the same program: one with the while-loop, and
the other with the for-loop—Make sure they all produce identical output.
now i managed to do the (b) part of the program and had the following results:
for-loop:
Code:
main()
{
print(" N E");
N = 0;
for( E = 1; E = E/2; 1+E/2 != 1)
{ N = N+1;
print(^, "%3.0f", N, "%25.16e", E);
if( 1+E/2 == 1 )
{
break();
}
}
print(^^," 1+E/2 > 1 : ", 1+E/2 > 1, ^^," 1+E > 1 : ", 1+E > 1);
}
while-loop:
Code:
main()
{
E = 1; N = 0;
print(^" N E ");
while (1+E/2 != 1)
{
E = E/2; N = N+1;
print(^, "%3.0f", N, "%25.16e", E);
}
print(^^," 1+E/2 > 1 : ", 1+E/2 > 1, ^^," 1+E > 1 : ", 1+E > 1);
}
k now what i want to know is, the part (a) of the question, as i didnt really understand what does this program do.. i mean what is its purpose, because after executing the program, this is what it showed me:
Code:
N E
1 5.0000000000000000e-001

samsung s7 pooched?

Hi. I think I might have toasted my s7 while trying to flash the firmware. I had loaded a combination file that got it into some sort of diagnostic/developer mode but nothing I did would get it out of that mode. so I tried again and now when I try to get it into download mode (sound down, home and power) I get the following
[ RST_STAT = 0x1000000 ]
EVT 2.0
ASV TBL VER = 10. grade = C
ASV TBL VER2 = 0
ETC : Paaa005q

any suggestions with this mess?

TWRP blocked on the logo [Twrp bloque sur le logo]

Hello,
I have an Honor View 10. This phone doesn't have an operating system, only TWRP and access to fastboot.
I'm trying to access TWRP, but unfortunately, it gets stuck on the boot logo.
I've tried different versions of TWRP, both official and unofficial, but nothing seems to work. Some versions don't even display anything, and I'm stuck at "Your device booting..."
I have access to adb shell, so I retrieved the TWRP logs, and here's what I found (you can find the complete logs attached).
Code:
Starting the UI...
setting DRM_FORMAT_RGB565 and GGL_PIXEL_FORMAT_RGB_565
cannot find/open a drm device: No such file or directory
fb0 reports (possibly inaccurate):
vi.bits_per_pixel = 32
vi.red.offset = 16 .length = 8
vi.green.offset = 8 .length = 8
vi.blue.offset = 0 .length = 8
Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
