With night sight and portrait mode

I just bought this phone for my wife. Is there a way to adjust the blur on portrait mode? My Honor 8 has that ability.
As of right now the OnePlus 6 doesn't have portrait mode for the selfie camera. OnePlus said that they're going to add that in a later update.
I'm not talking about the selfie camera
i guess to clarify, by adjust blur, I mean to increase or decrease the amount of blur.

Issues:
- Pro Mode not focusing when not set in Auto which doesn't make the image sharp. Too much grain on pictures. This is very bad for night shooting. (Night mode is not that good for shooting low light and cannot make the image sharp than Pro Mode)
- Front Camera doesn't focus which is important on selfies. (Unlike Nokia 6/TA-1021 model) Blur is very visible when taking selfie near the Camera.
Please enlighten me that this is just a bug on it's camera.
Everything is working fine on camera except Pro Mode.
Hi I'm wondering if this is a bug or a feature. In pro video mode it seems I only have access to the standard lens. When I do a 5x zoom it is not switching over to the longer lens. In regular mode it does but I would like to shoot at 24 fps and can only use this frame rate in pro mode. Is there a trick to get it to use the longer lens in pro mode?
