I was unable to find any solution. People are saying read pit file with z3x and then try to flash in odin with pit file read from z3x but i am not sure if that will work, I have not tried that.

Authorization for PIT file.
When flashing only one BL,AP or CP the partition allocation/information table has to be read from device.
If flashed only one file it's not recomendet to tick Re-partition (Odin).
When setting the PIT (Inside CSC_OMC) the files / blocks are flashed to desired position.
To bring things back extract the pit file from the CSC_OMC and flash all binaries in BL/AP/CP/CSC_OMC with selected pit file from CSC_OMC binary (If all binaries are flashed, the pit is not needed for specification) !

The DID on download screen makes me believe it is related to bootloader lock
[Android][UNSAMLOCK] Bootloader Unlock for Samsung US/Canada Devices

KG Status is PRENORMAL. You won't be able to flash custom binaries while in this state. Reflash stock firmware and connect to the Internet, then verify the OEM Unlocking toggle in Developer Options is still visible - it should be grayed out, "Bootloader is already unlocked".
Once it's visible, reboot to download mode. KG STATUS should be COMPLETED, you can now flash custom images.

why the heck did we reply to a two years old thread

[FIXED] !!! S7 SM-G930F Bricked and i'm currently f***ed up with 3 screens only

Hi folks,
I was recently rooting my Samsung Galaxy S7, Model: SM-G930F, and here is the deal:
Root ok, everything fine. After that I dumbly disbled OEM and USB Debugging.
Then I tried to install "Patcher app" ( I'm ****ing hating myself right now ) and the phone froze and restarted with this annoying message: blocked by frp lock
Restarting it and putting it to charge resulted in blocking message... trying VOLUME + POWER + UP after restarting also.
THEN: I saw somewhere that I could try and restore the firmware to deal with it.
Thing is, I think I might have downloaded wrong PDA version ( I don't f***ing know how to find it without entering the phone but the tip is: It was bought in Brazil. If someone have ANY idea... ) + used CSC file instead of HOME_CSC and it ended up screwing more.
The current situation is:
The DOWNLOAD PAGE ( Odin Mode ) shows of but it doesn't load any more firmware files from ODIN and it shows that when not on Odin mode: " ! - An error has occurred while updating (...)" .
Here's what I've already tried since I'm in this situation:
1. Trying to use Smart Switch to restore
- After filling the MODEL - s/n it says that SM-G930 doesn't support initialization.
2. Trying to use KieS... same thing.
3. Trying to use on ODIN

{ The first and second I know is for Nougat 7.0 as I updated the software myself before this novel }
everyone failed at writing...
I don't know what else to do. I'm literally stuck

Edit:
Although it's recognized by ODIN, when I press start nothing happens on the S7 and ODIN stays like this:
Until it fails at writing:
<ID:0/003> SetupConnection..
<ID:0/003> Complete(Write) operation failed.
And trough Smart Switch:
EDIT (FINAL):
I'm relief and frustrated... I was not able to flash FW because the cable I was using was not the original.
After losing my hole weekend, it at least is Fixed / \
Installing FW went fine, then it rebooted and come back to life.
I found out about it by trying to send just the CSC file in when it returned a weird error message at Odin.
Also I uninstalled Kies, best thing, it didn't help until the end (basically, KIES process keep active backgrounded giving you incompatibility of driver or something like that, messing around Odin when you try to upload anything. Either you kill it or do what I did). BUT serious guys, cable incompatibility is the fist time I experienced myself.... Never though this day would come.
Hope to help anyone with same prob.
See ya!

Admin, please delete this thread! thanks

It took me two days to find a solution to a locked FRP that I could bypass but not root. I found this solution to fix the following problems:
FRP lock
Google account lock
Downgrading rom
Root locked device
Flash custom recovery on a FRP locked or Activation Lock enabled
Can't sign in to Samsung account after factory reset
Cannot delete Samsung account
Cannot add Samsung account
Cannot disable Activation Lock
Activation Lock greyed out
Custom Binary (recovery) Blocked By R/L
Custom Binary Blocked By FRP Lock
Recovery is not Seandroid Enforcing
ODIN Complete(Write) operation failed.
Odin: Flash write failure
Solution:
Step 1: Download and install a "Combination file" for your device
I did a google search for mine, and came across a few Combination files for mine, some can be found here: https://www.mobileheadlines.net/download-samsung-combination-file/
Step 2: Flash the "Combination file" for your device
Flashing it with ODIN with result in an error so I used Z3X samsung to flash it:

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",

The Z3X 29.5 Samsung Tool Pro with Loader tool can be downloaded from here: https://www.techeligible.com/2018/04/01/download-z3x-29-5-samsung-tool-pro/
* Remember to start the loader as admin in windows
Step 3: Start phone
The phone will start in factory mode, which will allow you to test every feature of the phone, as well as have access to settings.
Optional Step: Enable Developer tools and ADB (optional)
Easy to do, and you will get ADB
Optional Step: Unlock FRP using ADB
Plenty of methods around, I used Miracle box:
Optional Step: Flash any stock ROM you want
Should be easy using ODIN, but I did it with Z3X. You can flash ROM with Pit, without, one file, 4 files, downgrade/upgrade to your favorite ROM without hassle
Step: Root
Should be easy using ODIN, but I did it with Z3X:
Step: TWRP flash
Should be easy using ODIN, but I did it with Z3X:
Step: Custom rom install and kernel
Use TWRP
--Done using Samsung galaxy note 4 910U
Thanks and buying me a beer welcome

My phone is bricked to this state, is it possible to recover?

Hello
My phone, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 had encountered some problems and I tried to flash it with N7100XXUFNI4.
However, it failed and tells me that PIT file is missing.
So when I added a PIT file, it says repartition operation failed.
And now this is what my phone currently looks like:

"lightbox_next": "Next",

Is it still possible to recover lol.

Can you still get to download mode?
When you flashed the PIT file, did you also flash the stock firmware along with it? Did you have the "repartition" option checked in Odin when you flashed it.
If not, try it.

Hello, thanks for your reply!
I cannot get into download mode anymore, there is no words or icons available.
Yes, I put the PIT file and the stock firmware together in Odin when I flash.
I also did checked the repartition option.

It seems to me that you might have flashed the wrong firmware or the wrong PIT.
Does your device charge? Does it vibrate when you power it on?
Have you tried using the button combo to boot into download mode then press volume up to enter download mode then try flashing via Odin again? Regardless of what is being displayed, it might actually be booting to download mode, if so, you can probably still flash the device.
The display not displaying correctly might be due to the kernel not being correct for your device. The kernel contains the drivers to make the display work correctly.

How I can create a samsung combination file ?

Today I had a problem with FRP protection and tried to bypass it and I did some searching on google and I installed Combination Firmware on the phone and I successfully skipped the protection anyway. I want to create a combination file, but I found that I need two files in an AP file and a sboot.bin in BL but I did not find the sboot.bin file in A705FN and G532F, so is there anyway to resolve this problem ?

I had the same problem and struggled to find this same file . And I found the answer ..it was really easy .. download 7zip app and install it. Try opening the same firmware file as you did in WinRAR .It should now show the file you are looking for . WinRAR hides these for some reason is all I can figure . I was unable to find how to enable this in their settings. I tried 7zip just for the hell of it and it just worked. Let me know if this solves your problem . I was able to create my combination file and fix my frp lock on my phone successfully . It's the one I'm on now writing you this message . Good luck . Peace .

Flash SM-G781U1 XAA on a Verizon SM-G781V

I am trying to take a brand new Verizon SM-G781V and load the SM-G781U1 XAA firmware on it. (I prefer the unlocked software that removes all the Verizon branded bloat) I have tried several versions of patched Odin. I keep getting the same error <ID:0/006> Re-Partition operation failed. What am I doing wrong?

on the phone in red letters I get SECURE CHECK FAIL: PIT
Can you also screenshot what is in options and pit, thanks
These are the default settings
How much storage do you have?
The phone is brand new out of the box, 128GB
Hmm do you have a pit file for it?
Did it come with the rom
Because it looks like you need a pit file or you need another rom
I used Frija to get the firmware and it did NOT come with a PIT file.....Is there something other than Frija that you suggest I use to download Samsung firmware ?
Extract Samsung PIT File from Samsung Firmware | DroidViews
Here're the steps to extract the Samsung PIT file from a Samsung firmware. The CSC binary contains the PIT for your Galaxy device.
www.droidviews.com
Here
That has all the steps you need.
I tried it and still got the error. Do I need to download my ORIGINAL firmware and use THAT pit? The pit I extracted was from the new firmware I want to load on the phone and it did not work.
