Hi guys, got my new oneplus 7 Pro couple few weeks ago and loving it. I been trying to connect to my SJRC F11 drone but once connecting it will not give FPV and the app will go back to main menu.
Long shot but anyone having this combo and same problems with WiFi direct? Thanks
I fly a mavic 2 zoom but have u tried enabling usb debugging? Try that....and wifi direct? Never heard of a wifi drone hooking up to phone like that usually the drone or remote will have its own wifi network and u just look for it on phone
Yes the drone as his on WiFi network...I connect to it but the app will no show FPV and will close or go back to main menu. I tried a pixel XL and a Mi A2 lite and both work ok. Im trying to do a screen recording but the OnePlus screen recorder will not record more then 25 seconds???? , I think I will try a full phone reset.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew what is the problem with my wifi on my fuze. I was using WMWifiRouter playing online with my ps3 and I got my top portion of phone wet. Wifi no longer turned on but gave me the option in the touchflo settings-communications. I would click on the wifi and it would think then wouldn't turn on. Then I went to wireless Lan in settings and went to wifi as shown in pic (1) and pic (2) would show that. If anyone would be so kind to resolve my issue I would gladly donate to you. Thank you
There is a big chance that your wifi part was damaged by liquid. Let the phone dry up for 2 or 3 days then re-try to turn on the wifi by tapping "Turn on Wireless LAN"
I am trying in all ways. But I do not understand why do not you connect to wifi most of my house. The PC is connected, the PS3 also. But my nexus 5 no! I formatted several times putting the stock and also the custom rom. But the problem persists!

First, reboot your router and modem, and after that, reboot your phone completely. It may be as simple as that.
also, try disabling / re-enabling the pc's network access, (if it's windows vista / 7 up) i noticed this OS has a way of locking the network where other devices can't gain an IP addy.. especially if it's been on for a long period of time.
i had a vista laptop in my home which was in the corner connected to wifi i rarely turn it off, i got home one day & tried to connect my linux laptop & couldn't exstablish a connection, right wpa password & the works;
even rebooted the router & still...
i went into the basement where that laptop was, & rebooted it, then went back upstairs to my regular laptop, & gained a IP addy..

Can your phone not find it? Or not connect to it?
If it can't find it, try above.
If it can't connect, maybe the WEP Key has changed?
As he said his PS3 and his PC connects to WIFI so his N5 is the problem
Go into WIFI settings by pressing the WIFI symbol in the statusbar then press the three dots at the right corner on bottom, choose advanced and change the WFI frequency band just try the differnt settings you can make this may helps you to solve your problem
My N5 won't scan for WiFi networks. I have to type them in manually :/
Sent from my Nexus 5 using XDA Free mobile app
Hi, everyone.
I am new here, I wanted to know if there is an application (rooted or not) that can put (when the“tethering router and wi-fi" tab is switched on) our beautiful android device in bridge mode with another router. I better explain.
I just recently bought a gopro 3 which can be controlled remotely by the telephone through wi-fi.
The camera is a router and we have to connect to his network.
I was thinking to use it while riding my bike, but at the same time i want to be connected to the Internet with the 3g network to use the gps (maps).
As you know, the 3g is disabled when the wi-fi network is turned on; so I thought i would use the tether/router wifi option, but obviously there is no bridge option.
how can I do?
Thanks in advance!!
Hello, got a brand new Redmi Note 6 Pro and it doesn't matter how I connect to the internet via WIFI (DHCP or STATIC) the phone keep loosing the WIFI connection if I open two or more apps at the same time - multimedia apps that load images, or videos for example Youtube + Netflix. Or if WhatsApp runs in background and I open VLC the WIFI disconnects automatically. At this point I don't know what to think if is a hardware issue (bad RAM?) or a software / firmware issue, any ideas? Running the latest MIUI (10.0.4.0).
Update: I just realized that the WIFI stops working on my Redmi Note 6 Pro only when I have a Sony Bravia Smart TV on!! If I turn off the TV the phone works fine, no more disconnects. So what can I do apart turning off my tv? Obviously there's some sort of conflict with the Bravia Smart TV connecting to the same router (a 300M Wireless N Gigabit Router Model No. TL-WR1043ND).
This is really strange. I have the same router (running DD-WRT) and a Sony smart TV. And my Redmi Note 6 also loses WiFi... no solution found until now.
Hi All
Was wondering if someone can help me out. I have a WiFi compatible dash camera and to get footage from it without removing the microsd card i need to connect to it via WiFi. But because the connection doesn't have a internet connection it doesnt stay connected.
I have come from a OnePlus phone to the 4a (my first ever google phone) and i cant seem to find this option anymore. Was just so handy to be able to connect to the camera via WiFi while still having mobile data.
Was this a OnePlus only option? Or was it removed or moved in A11? Anyone able to point me into the correct direction?
Thanks in advance
If I understand correctly, I think you are wanting to put the phone in hotspot mode. That would allow the camera to connect as if your phone is a wireless router using your phone's data connection. You'll need to swipe down twice from the top to show quick options. If you don't see one called Hotspot, swipe to the side to reveal additional quick options. I know this works on unlocked Pixel 4a phones.
Hope this helps.

Nah not quite right. The dash camera has its own WiFi hotspot which you can connect too to view the footage and saved videos etc. But because there is no internet connection the pixel wont stay connected, the only way i can connect to it is to put my phone into airplane mode and connect to the camera.
I'm just trying to find out if its possible to stay connected to the dash camera via WiFi and still remain connected to my mobile data at the same time.
I remember an option in the one OnePlus phones where you can allow the phone to determine which connection is better, WiFi or Mobile Network, and it will connect to that. For example if i would connect to my home network and moved just on the boarder of it it would flick over to 4G so that i would still have some sort of internet connection while still connected to the WiFi so that when i would get back in range it would just flick over.
So what im trying to do is the same thing. Because the dash cam doenst have a internet connection i want to be able to connect to the dash cam with no internet connection but still use my mobile data as my internet source.
This is what it looks like in the OnePlus phone https://forums-images.oneplus.net/attachments/1180/1180298-d92e7795edbf40894ba4164fe89fc486.jpg which is obviously not present in the Pixel under Settings > WiFi > WiFi preferences.
Thanks
I don't see it here. I used to have that setting as well on my LG G7.
