Website and Download
Release notes.
Device specific page on "twrp.me".
Download page with current and past versions.
Installation
Enable USB debugging in developer options.
adb reboot bootloader (The bootloader is not visible tablet will look stuck at lenovo logo, this is fine.)
fastboot oem unlock
fastboot flash recovery twrp-2.8.7.0-b8080f.img
fastboot reboot
adb reboot recovery
Boot to Bootloader
You can also boot to the bootloader by holding volume up + power while powering on (release as soon as you see the logo).
Again the bootloader looks like you're stuck at the lenovo logo that is fine and should work.
There is no boot to recovery option from the bootloader, just use "fastboot boot twrp-2.8.7.0-b8080f.img" instead.
@K. Hendrik
Do you mean that it is only possible to get to TWRP by issuing that command in bootloader? There's no easier way? Whenever I wish to enter TWRP I'd like to use just the tablet's hardware buttons. I don't want to depend on having another device with Android SDK installed at hand.
@eried1 Yes unfortunately there is no button combination. (At least I couldn't find one)
I first expected Volume Down + Power to work but that just gets you inside a lenovo specific mode "Lenovo test and reset mode".
Don't forget to boot into Testmode and tape in ADB :
adb reboot recovery
And you can access into recovery mode (TWRP).
Sorry for my bad english.
