Samsung J320A - alternate stock rom? - General Questions and Answers

I was given a legit Samsung J320A by a friend. I unlocked it from AT&T no problem using their site, but wanted to upgrade it - and since I'm outside of the US, that meant a new rom (and there were other reasons, but anyway...).
Looking for a stock Samsung rom, I found https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-j3-2016/development/odin-j320a-j320az-links-t3631914 and downloaded J320AUCS3BQL2 - the latest for the J320A. I flashed the rom, and all went well. I tested it and all seemed fine.
But I wanted to give it to a friend who speaks Indonesian, with no English. Turns out that, whether because AT&T thought no one would want that language in the US, or because of the rom I chose, the Indonesian translations are bad, and often it just gives English.
I can and will (if forced to) try the different roms in that post until I find one that works or until I run out. (Side question: is there a risk of bricking it if I do that?)
But I was wondering: the J320A seems to be the same as the J320AZ and J3 (2016) except maybe for the network hardware? I can't get a definitive answer on that. Does anyone know?
If it is the same or very nearly the same, can I flash using the stock roms from one of the others - preferably the J3 (2016) so it doesn't have any provider apps on it and is presumably more network/connectivity neutral? Has anyone tried it? Can anyone point me to a good rom for that?

[Q] Galaxy 3 Flash Gone Wrong

Well this may be a bit old or a bit stupid, but I hope someone can help me with this.
Well, recently, I decided to flash my Galaxy 3 with a Android 2.2 Firmware. Well I was kinda noobish and I didn't know that my location would affect the firmware i needed to flash. So I just took a random Android 2.2 Firmware for Europe. So after I flashed my phone, I lost all my data connection. Now I live in Singapore. So can someone tell me maybe the firmware used in Singapore, or maybe a fix for my problem
Anyone please?

[Q] Different region releases of "official" Samsung Galaxy S2 ICS firmware?

What are the differences between the different regional versions of ICS? Is it just languages and bloat-ware, or is there more to it than that?
You know, like modem and phone might operate with different tel-co and country specific standards????
I am in Australia but have the stock ROM of the latest international version ICS LPQ flashed to my SGS2 i9100 though Odin.
I was just wanting to know if there was any advantage of flashing the Australian version of ICS LPQ when it is finally released here. (however long that will take?)
I recon my tel-co (Telstra AKA: Hellstra) will take 3-6 months if the last GB update was anything to go by. hehe.
I'm sure there are plenty of others with similar questions.
Appreciate an anwer please, as I have been trawling the forums and can't find anything.
Cheers

[Q] Samsung galaxy ace q/appeal

The phone i am looking to get is called the samsung galaxy appeal in USA, or the samsung galaxy ace q in canada.
the main draw to this phone is its design - a real slide out keyboard.
but im just confused as far as which directions for rooting i would follow? I cant find any directions specific to that phone model, only the "samsung galaxy ace" but that and the phone I want are quite different. the model number for mine is sgh-i827D, if that helps.
My plan was to play around with it and put the latest (stable/recommended) version of android onto the phone before adding any personal touches. I know its operating system is older now but i really do enjoy the physical style of the phone itself.
Any advice would be great, thanks!
If it helps, once i root, as far as i know the only thing id want to do is upgrade the android version.

Latest official Rom--> NOT AVAIABLE (or may be i'm dumb)
But i thought that was the point of rooting, so that way technically every rom is available to every phone?
Ive seen people say they got their regular ace running version 4.4

Ace on 4.4 is possible but not recommended as its just a bit too slow for KitKat. The point is that custom roms are communtity made and if there is no community, bacause of neraly no one owns the phone you have, there will be no custom roms.
I was not even able to find the stock rom for i927D provided b samsung on the internet. I would always inform myself about the abilities to mod a device before buying it.

[Q] How to change system language to Chinese?

Besides flashing to a international roms, I have tried the setting locale thing from play store but it wouldn't work. Is there a rom that contains Chinese translation?
Also, I have done a little research about SHV-E110S. It seems like it has the same spec as skyrocket. So can I use the roms from E110S for I727?
This phone is for my dad who is not able to understand english!

Non-Korean Rom Help for SM-G970N Device

Hello friends,
I've just bought a renewed SM-G970N S10E device. There are Korean menu items and some UI+ related app in Korean, which I don't understand and can't even hide from the UI.
I'm familiar with rooting, but this specific device seemed intimidating. I presume F firmware can not be loaded on the N model. I don't want to mess things up by loading something incompatible. Can anyone guide me to the right thread to install roms to this device (N) model where I can find the essential warnings about what I should NOT do. I've been looking and even more intimidated than before. A Turkish rom would be ideal, stock is preferred.
Thank you
