[ROM][17/11][Updated] Custom GB V21A Lite ROM by c.o.h. Fast, Smooth & Problemless!!!
Here is my brand new custom ROM based on the SECOND leaked Android 2.3.5 GB ROM (V21A) with a lot of modifications such as:
Fully DEODEXED and ZIPALIGNED!
Added FM Radio!
Kept LG launcher, added ADW Launcher (Now you choose which one to use ).
Removed some battery consuming LG Apps (Application Manager, LG PC sync, on screen phone, Battery widget, remote call etc..)
Removed unnecessary sytem apps (Today tips etc.)
NEW Google Nexus Bootanimation (Removed startup and shutdown sound).
NEW Framework with Batterymod and new font (Sonysketch), removed Notification toggles from the notification bar (Music toggles can also be removed from music app setting) etc...
Alternative frameworks (See attachments),
3D Games and some of the widgets such as LG weather, SNS etc. kept.
Added a new 3D game; Archercraft.
Added 3D photo program; Phereo.
Added adblocker "Adfree" (for blocking ads in ad supported apps).
Added QuickPic for fast wallpaper change.
Added evernote with widgets and removed richnote (much better).
Added Adao file manager.
Added latest version of sytem apps such as Youtube, Maps...etc.
Latest video enabled Gtalk (front cam has problem however).
Added mobiscan QR for barcode scanning.
Added CsipSimple for voip.
Fixed Superuser with the latest SU binary
Rebooter doesn't boot into recovery in LG GB based roms, so i removed it. Use "ROM manager" for this.
and more....
Around 260 MB of RAM free after the first install including all the vital apps!

You need to install the O3D baseband for GB before starting!

Instructions to install:
1. Download and extract the zip from:

and put the folder named "2011-11-17.19.30.21" into your external memory--> /_ExternalSD/clockworkmod/backup

2. Enter the recovery by holding 3D button and Vol+ while booting the phone.
3. Wipe data/factory reset.
4. Wipe dalvik cache.
5. Format system from "mounts and storage" menu
6. Restore the folder 2011-11-17.19.30.21 (downloaded and extracted file) via CWM-->backup and restore-->Restore.
7. Reboot and enjoy the currently fastest O3D Gingerbread 2.3.5 ROM V21A fixed!
8. Press thanks button if you like it
Problems:
Some reports having problems regarding market and gtalk. I never had this problem but if you have it just uninstall gtalk and market ( first backup them via Titanium backup), restart, then reinstall them (again using Titanium backup with option install app only, not app+data). The problem will be fixed.
For the Hybrid ICS settings and some more related to ICS download the attched apk and push it to /system/app (it has a problem for showing battery consume data though )
To revert default notification toggles, use the attached cwm zip
To revert default fonts, use the attached cwm zip
Note: I don't use cwm flashable zip in this version as it causes some non-specific problems. I use cwm restore folders instead as i can also tweak settings, etc (You need an sd card though to install it). So this version doesn't have any problems and is tweaked further

It seems you gave a link to your previous ROM. When I tried to download it my download manager said it's already done. File name is coh_lite_O3D_GB_v2.2.zip, is it right?

I tried this. computer displays 2 extra drives but doesnt detects it ergo cant read or write.
Can u elaborate on d on cm 10.2 bugs n list all of them.. And delete those which r striked.. Just a suggestion

here we got the hint. Means, Computer is able to detect and mount the Storage but right for reading and writing isn't given by Mobile.
Hi! What a wonderful rom? I'm very happy with it, it works perfect.
I found a little bug which is not listed, the browser fc when you try to open incognito tab.

I found a Deadly Bug:
1) when i re-boot phone, phone stuck at Samsung Galaxy R LOGO screen & unable to reboot phone :crying: ....
so i wipe data again (in cwm Recovery) and then it boot properly.
2) when i try to install apk it say's,"can't open file"
see the screenshots.
please try to fix this bugs in your next Build & i hope this information is helpful to make ROM stable
& sorry i post this same in general thread also, my mistake

You wiped data in "cwm" recovery. So u using clockworkmod. And thats known that it doesnt boot properly with cwm. Thats why op told to use TWRP. Try that.

It is necessary to use twrp or latest philz recovery.
Regarding the install problem download any file manager from play store and using that you can install the apk.
Nikhil you can add this in the bug list, Installing apk from downloads isn't working.

Where is the incognito option in Chrome
Yes confirmed about the camera it gets stuck if you change picture size, after restarting the app it works.
Yes you can install apk from any file manager but not from downloads.
In stock browser. I have activated quick controls in tabs you can open incognito tab but when do it, it fc.

Pre-requisites:
1)Custom recovery such as TWRP, CWM, PhilzTouch(TWRP 2.8.4 rev2 prefered, as I've tested rom using this recovery)
2)Before proceeding, Back up your Current Rom (Failsafe).
3)/System minimum 1gb partition (Repartition your phone, before you flash this ROM).
4)SP Flash Tools & Stock rom (In case, If you are in trouble).
Procedure:
1)Put the downloaded MiuiV6_5.7.9_By_SmiLeToLiFe.zip in sd card.
2)Delete any files from previously installed rom from sd card & phone storage (especially /android/data folder).
3)Reboot to Recovery using root apps or by pressing (PowerOn + VolumeUp) key combination.
4)Wipe /system, /data, /cache, Dalvik Cache, Android Secure using Advanced Wipe.
5)Install MiuiV6_5.7.9_By_SmiLeToLiFe.zip
6)Don't reboot system, Wipe Cache & Dalvik Cache & Press Home button.
7)Immediately, Install the MIUI6_5.7.9_Patch.zip
8)Again, Wipe Cache & Dalvik Cache.
9)Reboot System.
10)1st boot may take 3-5 minutes (Screen will be a boot animation not a Boot Logo. If you stuck at Boot Logo, then go to recovery & flash the rom again).

Notification lights are limited to LED lights, to enhance battery life.
Camera capacity was not shown in megapixels, but MIUI utilizes full camera capacity (supported by Hardware).
Perfect port bro, everything working fine, rom is smooth n stable, found some bugs like fc settings when opening audio settings

I guess!! you haven't wiped cache & Dalvik Cache before/after installing update. So, it's showing same version no. even after update.
Missing icons are due to lacunae in stock kernel( I've tried a lot, but Needs custom kernel)

It has some improvements from 5.8
Camera is better than previous rom.
Has better visibility in sunlight.

Built in theme store
Can be flashed to both Chinese as well as Indian variant
How to flash:-
1)Can be flashed directly through TWRP.
2)If you don't have TWRP then rename it to update.zip and flash manually through local update
*Keep it in root folder, don't keep inside any folder
Note.
*After flashing to Indian variant it's model number is changed to c106 from c103 (can be changed from build.prop).
It doesn't have gapps as it is Chinese ROM.
It supports only major languages like Chinese and English.
*Gapps can be flashed manually by TWRP or gapps installer
*It has issue with play services you have to clear data and cache and you are good to go
*Don't root it with inbuilt root tool in TWRP you may stuck in bootloop

How to flash:-
1)Can be flashed directly through TWRP.

*Keep it in root folder, don't keep inside any folder
Note.
*After flashing to Indian variant it's model number is changed to c106 from c103 (can be changed from build.prop).
It doesn't have gapps as it is Chinese ROM.
It supports only major languages like Chinese and English.
*Gapps can be flashed manually by TWRP or gapps installer
*It has issue with play services you have to clear data and cache and you are good to go
*Don't root it with inbuilt root tool in TWRP you may stuck in bootloop
*You can root by flashing zip file or by magisk

Go to gallery you will find assistant button below click on it you will find recycle bin

I just updated my cool1 to 5.9 and it facing Many problems..i.e.,
1. Always shows that Google play services has stopped.
2. Play store does not working.
3. Leeco apps are in Chinese language I can't understand even a bit....
My phone now contains China Rom how can I change it to Indian room.......
Please..answer me I have facing so much problem....
I also updated my phone to 5.9 chinese rom @Mani9.. If u want play store to work u have to go to settings>accounts>remove all google accounts and open play store again it will work... I tried 5.8 rom to install via local update it showing corrupted.. We will see upto final release of this eui. We will get or not... This rom has so many features...

This is Chinese rom so you have to install gapps manually
You can flash Gapps or install using Google installer

Just go to app management and clear all data and cache it will work
How's battery life and heating issues? My cool 1 heats much during charging and basic stuff on eui 18s..

Battery life is less compared to 18s and no heating issue like 18s

You should be rooted for that
But there is no IMG file in twrp app and...is not listed coolpad cool 1

Flash via TWRP recovery

- Boot into TWRP

- Reboot
Method II
Flash via SPFlashtool

- Open SPFlashtool
- Load the scatter file from the extracted zip folder

try this:
1. clear data of all google and microg related apps (incl. the three backends)
2. in microg settings enable google device registration and setup the nlp backends
3. start playstore and log in to your google account (now the RH-01 error shows up, right?)
4. reboot
play store and all other google account related things should work now..

Ikariam Mobile sometimes shut down, Facebook.

I tried reinstalling. Unfortunately it did not help.
Bugs:
The Gboard setting causes the application to close.
SMS and MMS settings will cause the application to close.
Even though I'm connected to WiFi, mobile data will be reloaded.
SMS And MMS background black? WTF..
Gallery, when i want edit aby photo, apk will to close..

this is due to some wrongly themed elements in the substratum overlays for these apps. will fix it in the next update

yes, usually i use twrp. but i also flashed with flashtool..
i also installed it coming from the 250917-version.
but i could not reproduce the bugs on my phone. really weird..
perhaps something country related or microg related..
can you upload your logcat? are you familiar with that?

Somehow, mysteriously, I tried to reinstall the entire TWRP and it works !!! But Ikariam always stopped.
But I still solve the low volume of calls. Even though I have a full volume. How do you solve this problem?

I dont really have this Problem.. Sound is not the best, but way good enough to understand the caller..
I just noticed a little HD icon while I am in a call on the left side of the screen. Do you see it, too?

but there is a magisk module which fixes (or tries to fix) the low incall volume.
in the download section of magisk manager search for "Android Mic Fix".
it is actually targeting qualcomm hardware, but it might work for mtk too, so give it a try..
regarding your ikariam problem: enable google cloud messaging (gcm) in microg settings, then clear data of ikariam and restart the app.. should work now..

You have to install magisk again from magisk manager to use modules
Magisk consists of two parts:
1. Patched boot image
2. Some files in data Partition
Unfortunately I am not able to create a proper userdata image at the moment (I'm working on it)
Therefore the magisk files in data Partition are missing, when you flash the ROM.
Follow these steps:
1. Open magisk manager
2. Go to magisk settings
3. Choose update channel "beta"
4. Go back to magisk main screen
5. Click "install" -> "install" -> "direct install (recommended)"
6. Let installation finish
7. Reboot
Now you are able to use magisk modules.
You have to repeat these steps after every data wipe or factory reset to use modules.
BTW: have you activated Besloudness in sound settings?
And have you tried ikariam again? Is it working now?

It is way better than on stock rom. There are a few build.prop tweaks which aim at battery life.
But the main factor is the microg replacement. I would guess, it saves at least 1/3 of battery life..
just give it a try!
btw: today I will post an update with some small, but important changes. so look out!
