how to boot to normal.. i cant do that it keep reboot to recovery when restart the phone, and my pc wont detect the phone

i tried to remove the battery and insert it again but it didn't work

I tried connecting my gear 2 to my Oneplus One and it said it needed reset to in order to connect to a new device. After doing this I can't get out of the reboot menu and the only screen I can access is shown attached.

I have a problem with my Samsung
I did a firmware update, after restarting
The phone stays there, no lights, does not enter the recovery mode, does not enter the download mode.
I wonder if there will be a form of flash?

When I try to go into wireless download mode i get a black screen. Before the screen goes black there is a failed message on the screen for a half second.
I want to download to the latest firmware with odin, but its impossible now.

my oppo f11 phone i have done factory reset. But I'm like hitting the volume down button. Make text appear in recovery mode.and then it boot loop.sometimes go into the recovery menu. (my english is badly.)
