my phone stuck on its own - i didn't try to flash anything or upgrade firmware

i tried to remove the battery and insert it again but it didn't work

I tried connecting my gear 2 to my Oneplus One and it said it needed reset to in order to connect to a new device. After doing this I can't get out of the reboot menu and the only screen I can access is shown attached.

I have a problem with my Samsung
I did a firmware update, after restarting
The phone stays there, no lights, does not enter the recovery mode, does not enter the download mode.
I wonder if there will be a form of flash?

I can't get the phone to download mode anymore, nor will the phone turn on.
Please advise.
My tablet is stuck at ANDROID logo. The model of the tablet is QC-7BHD with Rockchip (BND-RK3126-D86-BT A1.0) . I downloaded this ROM rk3126-quadcore-fq-088ka-1024x600-7inch-android4.4-20170104-test.ok.rar from here (i uploaded a picture because i can't provide links) . Is this safe to flash ? Will it fix the issue ?

how to boot to normal.. i cant do that it keep reboot to recovery when restart the phone, and my pc wont detect the phone
