if your device is of samsung then there is a remote control option in security ! if u have enabled it you can go to samsungdive site and log in to your samsung account and you can track your mobile !

I would like to setup my personal phone so I can access my work emails. My work uses Mobile Iron for email. Mobile Iron requires a network locked phone to install the email app for access to my work email. Mobile Iron also prohibits rooted phones, so I suspect any unlock solution that involves permanently rooting the phone will probably cause other problems.

Hi. I bought a used Galaxy S4 online from Cellular Country. The phone was freezing so Cellular Country walked me through a factory reset which triggered an already enabled Reactivation Lock. I have no access to original owner credentials so right now the phone is useless, and Cellular Country refuses to help in any way. I have filed a credit card dispute with my credit card Capital One. Samsung has already written that the phone can not be activated without original owner credentials, but Capital One wants a written second opinion to go back to the seller. Is there someone on this forum that could write me a simple letter on letterhead to this effect "A phone with a Reactivation Lock can not be activated without providing original owner credentials. Cellular Country (the seller of this phone) must provide Carol Phelps (the buyer of this phone) with the original owner credentials (user name and password) to override any Reactivation Lock to render the phone operational. Without this information, the phone is useless". Samsung has already stated this in writing after I sent them the phone, but Capital One needs a second opinion letter. I can pay a nominal fee for your trouble. My e-mail is szizlin3 and the carrier is aol.

I bought this at a goodwill store for $7. It has a configured ssid and shows the AP password on screen. It works for data by wifi on my verizon account now. The online manual indicates factory data reset requires an admin password. How can it be forcibly reset? Verizon was very-not helpful.
