So, since I installed 10.3.2.0 OTA update a few days ago; mobile data works only on 4G.
Can't figure out how to solve this and it's an issue for me since I often go to remote places without 4G coverage.
Anyone having the same problem?.... or a solution? :fingers-crossed:

First off, my data and service plans are still working properly. My phone randomly had no internet or service a few days ago. Only wifi works. I haven't changed anything on my phone for about 4 months. Just used it for text/calls/browsinig/aldiko (book app).
On Sunday I noticed i had about 21 updates so I just let it update everything. 2 days later I rebooted my phone and noticed all the updates actually failed and that's when I noticed my phone had no service or internet.
I'm using eaglesblood v2.8 btw.
Anyone know what the problem could be?
Hi was wondering if anybody had noticed a loss in mobile signal since the latest update.
I am on Firmware 1532.20.20100.61
Radio 1.13b.32.19.20_3_15.42.21.19
I am Orange UK and just recently i can go most of the day just trying to find a signal. I am usually able to get enough signal to call and text but now there is nothing at all.

Hello,
After the update 4.4.4 I am having increasing issues with mobile data. The strange thing is, that it started really yesterday (31st of June). When I connect to WiFi the indicator looks great and white in the two finger pull down curtain. But when I disconnect WiFi, the cellular connection goes in orange, and it states that is has no internet connection. Same cellular provider on another phone works just fine.
Do any of you have any idea what this could be? Since I did not have the issue on day one of 4.4.4, I am thinking the 6 weeks update cycle on the play store services could have something to do with it?
I have written Nexus support, but really, I do not expect an answer.
I do believe that it is safe to assume that the issue is software related.
This is not a *bump* post.
Merely, I went to my cell providers website, and saw they had cancelled my 3G service, when my new subscription "pack" started here today. Today, where the problem started.
So, that is solved
Hello all,
Sparse poster, long time lurker. I just upgraded my Nexus 5 (purchased from Google, on T-mobile) from 5.0.1 to 5.1 using the OTA link available from AndroidCentral and though no other problems have been found, I am having some trouble with the radio now. When I'm on a call now, the data connection drops from LTE to GPRS, showing the 'G' next to the signal strength icon. Before upgrading from 5.0.1, this would drop to HSPA ('H') at worst. I came to expect that the 5.1 update would enable VoLTE since I thought the N5 was capable of this and the upgrade enabled VoLTE on the N6 for a buddy of mine. Either way, I think GPRS is a pretty bad when I need a data connection while on a call.
I tried to reflash the bootloader, radio, boot and system img's manually and nothing changed. Any ideas? Anyone else having this issue?
Thanks!

Tried downgrading to previous radio version?
I use kitkat radios on lollipop
I'm not having any problems with LTE. I'm on T-Mobile.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using XDA Free mobile app
My stock 5.1 radio was very broken. Phone process froze, no deepsleep, losing connection and sim, people could not call me. Very bad.
Using 5.01 radio now, its much better.
My provider is Vodafone NL.
Hey guys!
Did the Oreo Update last night and since then I cannot seem to be able to get in 4g at all even in locations where I know there is 4g. 3g will come on for a minute and then cut off to no data. I updated the profile and PRL and all that, this isn't a rooted device, first time I've been happy with vanilla, the the data issue is super annoying.
If anyone else runs into this, the solution is to have Sprint reset services on their side and then do a network reset
