Sm-g920f / powered by android screen. - Galaxy S6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, All.
Galaxy S6 stuck at android screen in black, the powered by android one.
Tried various combinations of flashing via odin.
Tried searching the threads.
There are a few discussions regarding this matter but none are definitive or even clarify what the problem may be.
The phone just went off unexpectedly, will not boot into recovery only download mode, will not go past the black powered by android/samsung logo screen.
flashed latest OS in odin, flashed android 6 and 5 too just too try.
Tried re-rooting/twrp, etc. the only thing that changes is that when it gets too the black logo screen it has seandriod recovery not enforcing.
will not enter recovery in any state or go past black samsung screen. when I flash I can get the binary to official but not the os. when i root i get the binary back to custom but still loads the black screen but now with seandroid not enforcing when attempting recovery.
Old firmwares bring up the check sw match in the download mode.
SO...NOTHING.
There are mentions in the threads about using old bootloaders, can anyone clarify the procedure/issue regarding this and if or not it may apply.
Any Ideas?
I understand the main motherboard may have possibly failed but this is not a definite when the phone is still booting into download.

Crashed tablet

Hi,
Not sure why this happened, but while charging my tablet (galaxy note 10.1 GT-N8013 2013 edition) the tablet flashed and rebooted itself without user interaction. Upon reboot it froze on the samsung splash screen, so i pressed and held in the power button until the device restarted. When it did restart it no longer showed the splash screen, just squiggly lines thru the screen and it sits there unresponsive. I can boot the device into download (odin) mode, it shows that there is no custom binary download, shows the current binary is samsung official, but it says system status is custom, which is odd because i have never attempted to flash a custom rom nor have i tried to root this device.
i proceeded to install odin on my laptop and downloaded the factory binary from sammobile. I loaded everything up (as per the directions) but it fails, says there is no PIT partition. Im not sure where to go from here, i contacted samsung, but they are useless, says they cant help because the device is out of warranty. Any help would be greatly appreciated , thanx in advance.

Soft Brick + [KERNEL][0719][5.1.1/BOFE][3.10.61] V Kernel

Hello, Newb here so go easy.
I have a Samsung s6 Edge on the Sprint network SM-G925P and have soft bricked it. Originally on build ol1 Lollipop 5.1.1
Here is the rundown, I rooted the phone to be able to utilize Linux etc. Everything was working great for over a week then the phone gave an error and forced a restart.
Once restarted it just stuck on the Samsung Screen, went to boot recovery via vup, home and power. Wiped to factory settings. After the wipe it was stuck on the Powered by Android Screen.
ADB'd TWRP on to the phone, realized the phone wasn't mounted in any fashion. Mounted data, cache, and system went to reboot and was informed the phone did not have an OS and was not Rooted.
Then attempted to do this [KERNEL][0719][5.1.1/BOFE][3.10.61] V Kernel
Followed the directions on this http://forum.xda-developers.com/spr...elopment/5-1-1-stock-of7-kernel-root-t3153396 downloaded the kernel from here https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=35511 flashed the kernel via ODIN 3.10.6 clean clear easy install.
Rebooted phone, stuck on the powered by Android Screen - boot looping, playing 5 tone sounds repeatedly every 30-45 seconds. Allowed the phone to run this way 3 times for 12-15 minutes each with no change.
And lastly now in the top left of the screen it states "Kernel is not seandroid enforcing"
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Add'l Info
After reading a little more about my phone theres a few things I forogt to mention.
The Phone did accept the Kernel and also recognizes the root as it no longer notifies me no operating system found or the phone is not rooted.
The message in the top left corner also alternates occasionally.
Sometimes it will say; Recovery is no seandroid enforcing and others it says Kernel is not seandroid enforcing.

I would say try to Odin the firmware but OI1 firmware hasn't been released and samsung said within the update that you can't roll back firmware once on OI1, so you may possibly be stuck until it's released
ol1
That would explain a lot and also why I couldn't find the OL1 Kernel anywhere.
Would it be possible to use someone else's restore that's still operating on ol1.
I've seen people to mention it on older Galaxy equipment.

Help required S7 DUOS [SM-G930FD] hanging during update after flashing stock ROM.

I have been given an S7 SM-930FD [Dual Sim] that was supposed to be bricked. It wouldn't boot into anything but I have successfully got it into download mode and been able to successfully flash a stock ROM downloaded from Sammobile [several times] with no errors. Each time I have used the full set of AP,CP,CSC files and the previous owner is not sure what ROM it was on or what he tried to install. I have tried different versions of the firmware for this model for various android versions and regions simply to try and get it to boot, but without success. I have tried HOME CSC and CSC files too.
But each time it starts to install the update / reboot it hangs. Either when it installing the update on the blue screen with the robot and its "erasing" - small rotating symbol just stops and nothing happens OR it loads to the GALAXY S7 normal boot screen then hangs.
When it hangs it will only respond to one key combination Power + Vol Down. It then "switched off" and will not reboot in any mode. When I say "switched off" I mean the screen goes black. However if I then connect the charger, it won't show the charging symbol UNLESS I leave it for a few hours and the battery goes flat. It will then charge and I can boot into download / recovery mode but normal boot starts installing the update and it will hang all over again. On one occasion it hung with and black screen and blue flashing light but again no key combinations worked and I had to wait for the battery to drain.
Also tried Smart Switch Emergency Recovery. Even with the drivers freshly installed it does not recognise the phone, it does accept the model number during initialisation, but once the S/N is entered it comes back and says it can't find the model, S/N or IMEI in the database!
I have researched the web for hours and watched every relevant youtube video and tried their suggested key combinations etc and they just don't work.
So I'm hoping someone can help me resolve this frustrating situation, not least because of the delays between attempts!
Presumably as I can consistently get it into download mode there is a solution out there somewhere???????
What am I doing wrong? Should I be looking at a custom ROM or trying something else?
All help appreciated.

[sm j730f] Bootloader fail and TWRP boots into black screen

Greetings everyone,
I decided to post my problem with my phone after searching the entire internet for similar problem but with no luck. Anyway I used to play around with my Samsung j7 pro for 2 years, I managed to flash twrp and thus many other custom roms, until last week when I recklessly flashed a sboot.img.tar file through Odin in order to fix cellular network in a rom I flashed earlier, this alone bricked my phone refusing to get past the Samsung logo, so like I do always, I tried to restore my phone by flashing the stock firmware (9.0) which I always keep on my PC, but surprise, the phone refuses to go through the process and gives me this error:
sw rev check fail bootloader device -1 binary 6
(same with 8.0 and 7.0 firmware)
I searched the internet for same error but with no luck, because I understand it's a mismatch between device bootloader current version and the firmware bootloader's, that they should be the same or higher, meaning you can't downgrade, I get that! but I never seen device with negative figure (-1) what that's supposed to mean? my device bootloader used to be on 6, how did it managed to jump to minus one ?
then I tried to flash TWRP to see if I could flash a rom and get around it, so I did, but when booting into recovery the screen goes black, I thought first the phone turned off, but not really, because TWRP seems to work with screen completely black, I knew that because I accidentally touch the screen and I sense vibration, I managed to reboot the phone via twrp just by guessing the buttons location (screen always black) in order to prove that TWRP is working with screen off. I tried to flash multiple TWRP versions but the same problem, no screen just touch, by the way there is nothing wrong with display hardware because it shows Samsung logo at start and also can boot into download mode just fine.
I hope someone could help me overcome this big of an issue, because I tried everything.

Unable to enter TWRP, boot to OS, or enter recovery

Hello, i have seemed to have bricked my phone in a way I can't recover from. I can reach the Fastboot on my phone, but I can't do anything after that. Trying to boot to TWRP to the phone with fastboot will send it to a black screen with a solid white light. Attempting to enter the stock recovery on the phone also goes to the same black screen with a white light.
I have tried using the flashing tool in https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/rom-stock-fastboot-op6-stock-fastboot-roms-for-oneplus-6.3796665/, but I'm not sure if i got the right file set, as I only remembered that I had Oxygen 9 on my phone.
Lastly, I have tried to use the MSMdownloadtool to fix the issue. I have tried multiple versions from multiple sites, but the progress always gets stuck at 'param preprocessing' while the phone sits at a black screen with a green solid light
Any help on this will be nice. I am using a OnePlus 6 A6003. I would also like to add that while in the fastboot mode, the Bootloader version and the Baseband versions are blank
Just wanted to state I have got the issue fixed. I found the website https://onepluscommunityserver.com/ that had a version of MSM that worked for me.
