what is the easiest way to backup data not app data but say things i have download like ebook?

You should move them to your external SDcard and make another copy on your PC. Try to keep all the data in one folder, it will make your backup to your PC a lot easier.

yes, but root is required.
Root, look in your data/data folder and copy and paste them.
However, titanium backup is more elegant solution.

Phone is unlocked, rooted and running ARHD8. HOX+.
So just a case of copy and paste from internal memory to windows hdd ?

+1 for Titanium Backup, although I prefer and use Helium.. It has much lesser features than Titanium Backup, but it has all the features that I need to have..
NOTE: A lot of people have a lot of problems with Helium, but I didn't encounter any so far..

I want to know if there is a way to completely backup your phone onto your computer without root.

What do you mean "backup your phone"? Contents like contacts, call logs, SMS, music, movies, photos and even applications?

basically just like making a complete copy of your pc's hdd, i also heard there was an option like this on android in "setting" where you needed to give the backup a password, but i can't find it.

I have same phone OnePlusOne. And if you want to backup your internal SD card, you can just copy all files via data-cable. You don't need any backup tool. In settings there is no special backup option.

WhatsApp backup. help pls

Hi, firstly sorry about my English. I wiped my galaxy s8 today, before I did it I checked few times if the WhatsApp backup is complete, and everything was perfect. now the WhatsApp says that there is no backup in my google account, but when I'm checking my drive account there is a backup from a hour ago. what can I do? my chats are very important for me.

Download backup and put it in internal storage of your phone in WhatsApp/Databases folder and try to restore again.

First put backup in respective folders then clear data of WhatsApp. Enter your number and complete verification then it may show restore option. If showing then restore from the backup.
