Hi there - it seems that my Rapha doesn`t function as touch device but only ref. the area which under the screen ....
Is there any menu whic I mast install or ?
I already have installed charps tweaks....
THANK you
myrin
Try a Hard reset, if you still have no touch screen then it's a hardware problem, send it back. How much have you been messing with touch pro? It is possible to stop screen from working but it's unlikely, more a hardware problem if you ask me.
John generally I do havethe touch experience but not with all software - I do have it with MS software !
What I don`t see either is the issue that for example contacts will be changed if the rapha is move from on side to the other. How can this be done ?
I can play Teeter ad there I see that throug moving the device you can direct it but !!! why is this not working in contacts or e-mails ?

I think this is not able with all applications on the Touch Pro. Only specific programs like HTC Album, Opera and Teeter use the accelerometer and rotate the screen when you rotate the device. I do not know if some external program will turn every screen when you turn over the device. It is not an out-of-the box function.
EDIT: I've been doing some searching and found a program called Gsen, you can download it from http://s-k-tools.com/freeware. This program can rotate every screen and you can also exclude programs not to be rotated by GSEN. I've tried it a little bit and it looks nice. Dunno if it is a keeper yet
You can find an application called Gsen (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=411419) which is supposed to rotate most of the screens on HTC.
However, this was originally designed for HTC Diamond. I tested it on Touch Pro but it wasn't very useful. The screen rotated very slowly and only on some screens.
I think it should be rewritten for Touch Pro....
OK that works - the pics in album change from portrait to landscape but they do not change from one to the next is this normal ?
How did you solve he light problem when a call comes in ?
And - my Rapha can only be switched on via the main switch - is that changeable ?
Hey guys!
I hope i post this in the right section now!
Anyway, i recently bought a Sunno S880. Problem is i cant really seem to get the g-sensor to work. Does WM6.5 support g-sensor? Cuz for me it doesnt work in any menu, not in picture gallery.. well nowhere really. Is it suposed to be like that? It kinda feels like my phone has some homemade, halfdone WM6.5. I've seen alot of phones that has that little bounce back in the menu when you come down the the end, or the top. Mine does'nt have that. When i press on the g-sensor icon in settings, all i get is a white screen with a bunch of squares in the middle. I suppose they are chinese letter which my phone cant show cuz i dont have the language installed. The only option i have in there is to press 1 button, then a window pops up saying something else in squares, and i get the options "Yes" or "No". I have tried pressing both yes and no but it doesnt do any difference.Everything else on the phone is in the correct language. Has anyone else experienced this?
My build is 28205.5.3.3 if that does any difference.
I know the g-sensor is working tho cuz i can use it in games.
I also have another question that i hope anyone wants to answer. I've been reading quite alot on the forums about costum ROMs. But what i cant quite figure out is what exactly is it that determines if a ROM work on a phone or not. Cuz, as the noob i am, i would think that as long as the resolution is correct, any WM6.5 would work on my phone, but then again, im a complete noob. So if anyone could just tell my why not all WM6.5 roms work on all phones i would be happy
Cheers
David
Anyone?
Same problem for me too, Last Week I purchased through online this phone Sunno s880. Exact your build mine too. I checked with those website, they are not responding properly. I installed Resco Photo Manager, then auto rotate works for viewing photo's. One more thing i couldn't use GPS. is it working for you? if works can you tell me the gps settings.
Hi,
the touch screen sensivity on my LG GM750 really sucks..
i can only use the screen with my nail, or the stylus..
if i use a finger i have to apply a lot of pressure for it to react..
i already tried different things:
-calibrating with very few pressure applied to the screen
-changing HKLM/Drivers/TouchPanel/PressureThreshold - touchpanel folder does not even exist..
-changing:
# HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Hardware\Devicemap\Touch\Click
# HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Hardware\Devicemap\Touch\DownUp
these values didn't even exist.. making them myself did not change anything (and yes i did a soft reset)
I searched about everywhere.. can anyone help me?
What firmware dou you have¿? Because the v10f helps (not much) with sensivity.
hmm i have the v10d
i'll check the v10f tomorrow thanks..
i hope i can update already..
ok, that didn't really help..
i used lg's update tool to update to the newest version.. it said a new version was available..
after updating nothing has changed.. i check the phone and what does it say.. -_- v10d
so basicly i've just did a hard reset.. with the only result that i lost all my apps and settings and stuff -_-" .. great
I know it's an old thread, but got to wonder about users with resistive screens complaining they don't behave as capacitive. You ARE supposed to use your stylus, NOT your finger with a lot of pressure.
I am running Tnt lite v3.1.4 and I am only getting 90 degree view and landscape. I did the G-senor fix, but I am still having the same problem. Is there something I am doing wrong? Is anyone else having the same problem?

Did you do the G Sensor fix after installing 3.1.4? I believe that supplement is the new fix so if you ran another fix on top of it you may have unfixed it
The full screen issue is more to do with the native res of the display and Nvidia drivers than the accelerometer. I can not play the game since the touch points of the icons are off, so it is a semi-guessing game of what you are pressing.

Yeah, isn't it fun trying to gauge just how far above the icon you need to really press before crashing into stuff
I believe some on the forum here have it working fullscreen.

Hi!
I recently bought an O3D and I'm getting some multi-touch problems.
As you can see, when you tap 3 times with another finger already tapping, multi-touch goes totally wrong. This happens after unlock/lock screen sometimes, and if you tap 3 times again the problem disappears.
Video from other user.
Kernel problem? Is there any solution? This makes playing multi-touch games (Nova for example) really anoying or zooming in browser with two fingers.
So sad to see the behavior of your touch screen, cause when I do the same test on my O3D it recognize 8 fingers without any problems. Are you rooted? Did you try for example my ROM to see if it makes any difference?

Mine recognizes up to 10, but when this happens only recognizes one at time. If you tap three times the problem is gone until you tap 3 times again.
I've tried with custom roms (one of them is yours), rooted, etc.
i confirm the problem...but the games looks not to be affected by it...they works perfectly.Only with touch test i have the problem...very strange and i have your rom thiaiZ...any other experice of it?
I have the same problem...
I'm on CM7 nightly 32 (for the P925 because of the Baseband problems)
but it is a bit strange.. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt, i don't know why
I have similar problem.
When I play a game the touch screen with 1 finger is okay but when I play with 2 fingers it stops to recognize the both fingers.
So I have to walk and then stop and then aim and then fire which sucks.
I have the same problem. Is this problem related with hardware?
hi everyone,
i tested this too and i noticed a certain pattern. If i turn off my phone and then turn it on and then run the multitouch tester i will get the issue you described. However if i turn it off and then turn it on and then move my finger from the left of the screen to the right of the screen 3 times(on the homescreen) and then I run the multitouch tester the issue is gone and the touch screen works perfect afterwards. Its a very weird bug. can someone confirm this on their phone also. If a programmer can develop an app that imitates 3 swipes when the phone unlocks then this annoyance is fixed.
Multitouch problem-any permament solution?
Have anyone found a permament solution? The thing is annoying.Has anyone got hardware fixing solution to this problem?Maybe the flat cable (placed at power button)?I've noticed it after 5 months of use.I haven't tried it myself with any other optimus 3d device.Could anyone confirm not having a problem?Btw, I use 2.35 official, without root or any kind of mod. Please, help.

Yeah, I've noticed this problem too and your three swipe solution seems to work fine. I also realised that I don't need to be on the home screen for this to work. I swiped on the tester screen itself and multitouch resumes working.
Testing with Antutu Tester I can get 10 simultaneous touches. The hard thing is to make 10 fingers fit into the screen
