CLICK HERE TO GO TO THE WIKI
Its starting to get a little cluttered in these forums, and I'm seeing more and more threads asking what ROMs/Kernels are available, so I figured we should start a Sticky Wiki. It has worked well in other forums, but everyone needs to get on board and update it. Please list all notable contributions in the wiki. This is a much more convenient alternative to sticky posts!
Those of you who cook ROMs and kernels, please remember to update this when you release new versions. It'll make life easier for everyone here.

I'm not a mod, and I didn't keep up to date on the drama surrounding that ROM. But I feel it's safe to say that the same rules apply to the wiki as they do to the forums, so if for whatever reason a mod didn't allow something on the forums it wouldn't be allowed on the wiki either.
From what I understand, Baked Snack is allowed here, but only for the publicly released versions. No advertising for future versions or when it requires donations to get access.
actually..

This thread has been closed as the rom in question does not contain a link to GPL sources.
If either the OP or developer can provide them, the thread can be reopened.

i think thats more or less the gist, in regards to baked, since he wants to charge money for advanced copies(betas as it were) and others seem to be posting on his behalf.(bringin it up every now and again.)
I honestly, despite thinking that hero is a decent guy, think this type of donation generation is abhorrent.

Both links work fine.
Wave is on it's way out the door, not really a good idea to use it IMO

That it does, if only Herver would let us fans know when he's going to release the next version, he is currently MIA lol.
I just added all of the themes available here to a nice wikitable so if anyone has any suggestions let me know
No CM6? Anyone heard anything from Cyanogen about Epic 4g support for CM6?
Noobnl is working on it, its running but its not yet for the masses. Thread.
If we could get boot animations that the community makes linked there as well that would be nice. I would link some myself, but I have no idea where to find any. Because I'm currently running the extreme kernel with epic experience and emotionless beast and my bootup sequence is just straight up dumb.
This wiki is extremely helpful! Thanks!!!
This wiki alone has saved my phone over 5 times.. Thanks for it.
Now that CM has released an official build for hammerhead why do they not have a thread here? I didn't want to post in any roms threads in case they said there is a specific reason or not. Have they just not gotten around to it? I much prefer xda threads to google+ to watch a rom develop.

In my experience, they have always had a thread in the past, saw no reason for that to change. I don't like everyone doing their own thing, its impossible to find Roms and dev nowadays. What happened to a good old fashioned changelog? Everyone is too good to write the features of their rom or a changelog. Idk I am a bit frustrated with nexus 5 development right now. The gs3 always had nice devs willing to post everything
Edit: yes I fully understand they owe me nothing as I do not pay, but I do support and donate to any dev who works hard and I have committed my own time to a free kernel that I spent hundreds of hours on, so please read this as me being whiny

So someone from the CM team should create a thread for each device they maintain, update it daily for you along with actually working on the builds? Why can't you read the change logs, gerrit, or github yourself and let the devs do what they do best? They shouldn't be wasting time updating threads here when they are supporting so many devices. They would need a secretary just to maintain the threads.

I understand it's a lot of work, but I maintained a kernel across 4 devices, it wasn't easy but it wasn't the end of the world either

I created a CM 11 Discussion and Q&A thread for the Nexus 5 below:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2562110
It's not a development thread, it is simple a place for people to go that want to discuss CM, chat, ask questions etc. Since I didn't see a forum for the Nexus 5 on CyanogenMod's official website, I decided to create one here for the time being. :good:

Usually, the maintainer for the device does start an official thread in the relevant forum but it would seem this time no one has done so

Yes I know but perhaps there isn't an active maintainer for the nexus 5 considering the incorporation of cyanogen now....

I find it interesting that they would have time to build for it (and I am sure several of their devs have the nexus 5) and test for it yet not make a forum. Even without a maintainer present the community would be able to solve a lot of issues

i think its better to wait
AFAIK, the hardware is basically the same. It would probably work if you edited the build.prop for the screen density and modified the partition layout for the internal storage.
Just wait guys

What is wrong with you man? you are in every thread complaining about users and being sarcastic... You complain about users making spam, but your posts are spam too, because they are nothing useful... you just laugh at everyone. If you dont like the users posting anything, just dont enter the "useless" threads.. so please, STOP. :good:
But he is wright, this topic is useless and I'll report it cause there is several other topics about lollipop

Report it then, and leave it to the moderators. Rather than bumping it back up the forum.

That's true man, I know, but what bothers is that some guy starts laughing at the users that maybe don't know a lot about their device.. they search for answers, not jokes or for someone joking or being sarcastic with the users. Thats not the spirit here in this community.
Agree, but there is a some conditions, and we have QnA forum community can be readable and clean from wrong topics
NOTE: This is an exact copy of my post in the lineageOS section for the galaxy S8. The reason I am re-posting it here is because I want to get the word out to people who may not be taking note of that particular thread as some may consider it a dead thread. I hope this is not considered spamming, the only copy of this post is here and in the lineageos section for the S8, I will not be posting it anywhere else. Thank you.
I have been using XDA for years but have mainly been using the roms that other dev's have built and also looking for answers to any questions I had to potential problems throughout the years. I have never felt the need to create an account as I felt I had nothing to offer, everything that I could do was already being done by someone else and I don't post questions because 99% of the time a quick google of the error code or problem will turn up an answer either on here or somewhere else. Anyway, I have been using the s8 for a while and have been running renovate ICE 11.1 stable which is an absolutely brilliant ROM, huge hat tipping to the dev's for that, it's such a shame it's heading the way it is. I have been looking into running lineageOS but as you all probably know, the unoffical ports are not good and have been left in alpha stage for a long time which is sad, especially as people donated money to have that done. So, I am going to port it myself, only because I want to run it myself, however, I figured that I may as well release it for everyone instead of being selfish and keeping it just for myself. I will probably never use this XDA account again after I post the ROM so this is just a shout out to let people know that they should watch my account if they are after lineage 15.1 for the s8 G950F.
Thanks for reading.
EDIT: Later than I said but here it is.

I'd be right happy to, but being a newbie to XDA prevents me from doing so. I've posted the ROM multiple times in moto g7 telegram channel, if you want to check it out, go there. Until I get 10 replies, no luck for xda
Well, anyway, here's the latest message. And here're sources. When I get the chance, I'll do 4.0 with android 10 base, but for now, this is all I can offer.
I do apologize for my skepticism! I had no way of knowing about your Telegram until now. Thanks for sharing!
Now that I have enough replies, I've made a thread in ROMs, this marks this one as closed
