Hi everyone.
I'm desperately looking for ways to change fonts on my Oneplus 7 pro but without rooting. I tried several methods, the most interesting was to install GO Launcher but it does not change the system fonts.
Can anyone help me?
You must root my friend
No, changing the system font requires root privileges as it's a system resource.
You gave me bad news !!! How is it possible? On huawei I had succeeded. Is it possible that oneplus is so armored?

ok, so nothing can be done .....
Unfortunately, there are only 2 font choices in the menu. I opened a chat with oneplus and they say that there is no way without a third-party app, but none of these apps work well

Iam looking to change the font using font installer, it doesn't change the fonts in the settings menu, fonts in all other places were changed. Any suggestions or alternative font changer available which completely changes fonts everywhere?

I maybe overlooking something but I wanted to see what font is installed, change the font myself.
Found nothing.
Just sizes small, medium, large

root and mod it out lol....this device is a masterpiece one set up right lol...
Since fonts are stored in the system files of the device there is no way to change them without root because no app will be able to write to or access the font folder with out super user permissions. So root away and enjoy your phone to its fullest potential
Edit
Also you can't selectively choose which parts of the os fonts change it's really all or nothing

Why all the cm9 "addicts" ignore the question: how to change fonts in cm9??
Install Rom Toolbox or Type Face or any other font changer app you find in the market.
if you want to go hard way, those fonts are under /system/fonts. You can delete one of the fonts (e.g. Roboto or DroidSansFallback) and put your desired font there, then rename the font as exactly as the font you deleted. (don't forget to backup).
All the market apps soft brick the phone they dnt support ics. The problem with system fonts is that there are plenty of fonts in that folder and among them is roboto. Question is, how does system know which font you want to set as default...

Replace it with font of choice, but change filename to match Roboto, etc.

The phone keeps bootlooping if you use those apps and even the dev of the app warns you that it does not work on ivs devices. Is it too hard not to post stuff you have not applied yourself on your phone?
If you just keep bashing those who try to help you, you're going to get nowhere in life.

So, the ability to change the font is gone in the Themes app. Changing the font from TSF launcher doesn't change all the fonts, and downloading iFont, Fontdownloader, etc etc, and installing a font through them doesn't change any font. I've even tried the few xposed modules that I could find to no avail. Anyone have an idea?

Try installing fonts through ROM Toolbox, it works perfectly on my Tl10 European model...
But you're right, trying to install it through the Themes app, launchers and in settings doesn't change a thing.

Does that require your device to be rooted? Sorry in advance if the question is stupid, I'm a little bit of a novice.

Yes, root access will be required for that, however I think changing font will always require root, unless it is fused into the ROM like with TouchWiz devices etc...
There are a couple of threads for rooting on the forums depending on which model you have. It is a relatively simple process, just follow the instructions!
I need to change the font on my Huawei Mate 7. Can anyone guide me on how to do that pls...
Thanks.
Is there any app that I can use to have alternative type of fonts? My set is China L10 n it comes with only one default type of font

You can go to settings, display and then font style. Choose the one that you like. You have to pay for most but some are free.

Did you try Hifont ? It works on EMUI 3.1, I don't know if it works on EMUI 4.0.
Hifont requires root to work
I didn't find no font style in settings at all

In settings / Display I found only font size, not font style
For those who are rooted, Rom toolbox pro does the job, there are over 200 fonts to pick from and it did the trick for me. Note that you won't see the font you picked in your font setting but it definitely changes after you reboot the device. Head over interface in Rom toolbox pro, choose: font installer, pick the font you like, reboot and voila. I haven't tried Rom toolbox lite, so I can't tell if it has the same feature.
Hope it helps

It won't work on huawei, they have a different theming system to oppo/realme, but you can mimic this gundam theme by extracting the wallpapers and icon pack then import it huawei via 3rd party launcher e.g. nova launcher
Opening downloaded file on my Realme X2 Pro with Theme Store, however I can use it for 5 mins trial
