Hello,
I have purchased HD content within the google movies app. And i only can watch it in 480p. My samsung device did not have this problem. I am not rooted or have been rooted on this device.

Yesterday i made same videos with my desire s in hd (all with the same settings)
Today i want to view it over DLNA on my Samsung TV (UE37D6500, 2011 model!). But i can only watch some videos, the other with the same settings there shows a message "video codec not known"
My samsung TV supports 3gp
i use the stock sense 2.1 player.
any ideas, why i canot view all my videos?
What codec can you see and what can't you?
That´s the problem, i see "3gpp" on all videos.

I've exactly the same problem with my Desire HD. I can not play my video's on my samsung TV wich I before the OTA upddate for sure can play.
okay guys, I just upgraded my phone's OS to ICS.
And my Soul movie player can't play anything after that. (I purchased pro ver.)
It says "This video cannot be played! Please contact to the phone maker!"
The problem is that it was able to play the same video before I update to ICS.
Even the original movie player can't play the same movie.
Is there any possible solution for this issue?
Hi, I've recently purchased an Android TV box (the M8s with the s812 chip running Android version 4.4.2)
I have it connected to my TV and it's outputting at [email protected] and plays full 1080p videos from other sources just fine.
Things I've tried before asking for help:
I have deleted the original youtube app, re installed it, cleared it's data etc many times,
installed the YourTube Xposed module which hasn't had any effect and yes, it's fully active.
Current version of youtube: 10.40.58
So far, nothing I've tried has managed to even get me 480p never mind 1080p videos.
Its really doing my head in and any input / suggestions will be most welcome.

Videos on youtube are of may quality
And videos often do not have hd options.
They will have max of 360 or 480p.
So try run any video which you know on youtube have an hd quality option

Hi guys, is there any app to watch videos from phone in samsung store? I use video player but cant play video from my samsung. VP plays sound, but black screen.
I use Video Player S2 too. Sometimes it can't play full HD movies. You have to record your video in lower resolution or shrink it after to lower resolution with some tool to manage video stuff.

I have Moto G(3rd Gen), It's a Marshmallow android version 6.0. I try to play certain video which I want to watch but another video starts playing. Even when I choose some other video, then the same one plays again and again. This happens when I play videos using motorola gallery via Mx player. If a play video using BS player, VLC, etc. then this problem doesn't occurs. But I am addicted to MX player. And I want it to work properly. Please help me!!
