This is not OTA files. Please unpack and flash it via the bootloader. This is only possible via an unlocked bootloader.

I am on unlocked bootloader and everything we went fine.
Brings to April security update.
T-Mobile locked bootloader no update yet

Not yet but it's a small update
Fingerprint unlock is freaking fast after this update. I did not setup a new finger. Same old finger but it feels faster

Thanks. Do you have the /system/build.prop as well? Having trouble extracting the system.img after pulling it out of the payload.bin.
