Nah. November 6th is the security patch (check Google bulletin security patches u LL see it yourself.)
They never gonna release two big updates in 5/7 days only...if Oreo was near they don't even push the today update

This is not OTA files. Please unpack and flash it via the bootloader. This is only possible via an unlocked bootloader.

My phone is a Korean variant (I'm not) and i have no idea what did the update change.
I do notice the double tap to switch between apps is slightly more fluid, after it was ruined by the initial update to Pie.
