I'm having a hard time finding good replacement batteries for my SM-P900.
I have tried the usual sites like Amazon, eBay and NewEgg. The batteries I've gotten either don't fit because the plastic frame is not correct, the cable length is too long, or the replacement won't hold a charge.
If anyone has had luck finding good batteries recently and can provide a link to the vendor I sure would appreciate it. (I'm in the U. S.) :good:

I got one from Amazon, look for: "NewPower99 Battery Replacement Kit with Battery, Instructions and Tools for Samsung GALAXY Note PRO 12.2" - works perfect - came with all tools and installation instructions. It is about 45 bucks. (NewPower99 brand) It put new life into the old tab. Wish I could say the same for the android version - but I am working on that now

Hi guys,
I've been looking quite a while for a decent external battery for my Samsung Galaxy S4. As I see more and more of 'm each day, I was wondering whether you guys have some advice on picking one.
At this point I think the Powerbank Samsung 12000mAh is one of the best options. Anyone here using it? Or other suggestions? I'm looking for one which can charge my S4 about 2 to 3 times.
Thanks!
Anker® Astro E5 15000mAh
It is able to charge my S4 3 or 4 times. My last favorite thing about it is that the button protrudes a bit too far and is easily pressed, but I remedied that by buying a small camera case. Now I can store the cable too and put the case on my belt if I want to walk and charge.

So ive been using my note 4 for a while and its been serving me well, however playing clash of clans ive had to charge it twice a day and the original battery doesnt hold that very well as it used to,
And with the newly announced Note 5 being meh, i don't think im gonna switch phones anytime soon. however id like to change the battery on this one.
im wondering if anybody could recommend any genuine source of OEM batteries for cheap, doesnt matter if they are pulled outta new phones or the likes , as long as they are genuine ( and probably cheap) looking to buy a couple.
There are many on ebay but most have mixed reviews so could not conclude, oh and i do not want an extended battery, fast charging has made life quite easy for me so it isnt on the charger all day.
I've been using anker batteries from Amazon and they perform as well as OEM. It comes with battery chargers too, so I always have 2 fully charged extra when needed.

Thanks for your suggestion, looking for the oem batteries only . any reliable source ?
have you registered your note 4? I got a 50% off coupon for accessories under $50 and just bought a replacement straight from samsung
Battery and dock
Oem battery and charging dock from samsung 49.99 at best by
I totally understand not wanting a 3rd party one. Even the good ones aren't extremely accurate. Amazon has one I bought last year (oem and not counterfeit) for $20. Works great. I'd recommend buying it directly from the first source and not 3rd party for cheaper. That's when some folks occasionally run into trouble.

Also, your cell carrier can provide replacements if you have a extended warranty/insurance for no charge. I just got one from T-mobile because mine finally failed. I rough on batteries. I only had to pay for shipping. If all else fails or your uncomfortable with that and have the extra... Grab the charger plus battery deal from Samsung directly. You get a new battery and have an extra (old one) for a backup with no pain of leaving phone on charger. Very handy! Good luck!

This... As well. I got the Samsung protective case with mine. I have 4 other cases and this one is by far the best. Very thin and it even looks like there is no case to most users. Has a decent lip to protect the screen somewhat and bumpers on the corners. Highly recommended
Hi everyone
Does anyone have a clue what is happening with S5 accessories? Everywhere I look in Europe at reputed retailers (Amazon DE / UK) all official S5 accessories (wireless cover, wireless kit, S-View Wireless cover, Extended Battery) are out of stock with no restocking date.
It looks like Samsung is phasing out all accessories for S5. This is quite weird, since I see official accessories being available for S3 / S4 even today.
Yep. Same deal in Australia. Plenty of stuff for the S4 nothing for the S5
Just got myself a S5 recently, but without wireless charging.
This is pretty annoying that they discontinued the original accessories after only 1 generation...

You need to check ebay, as there are loads of official on there inc austrailia
Yeah I had hard time finding a original battery without buying from Internet it really sucks how samsung wants us to be like apple users.
i thing s5 has been abandoned because it was not successful. s4 is still good and s6 is more better. however in my home vietnam its accessories are still available but of course not many left. if you have friends in vn contact them for a shipping
I've just bought a used N910F and wanted to get myself some spare batteries and an external charger. I've just moved up from a Note 3 and previously, an S3 LTE and had multiple batteries for both, with external chargers and I'd like to get the same for the Note 4.
I'm based in the UK and so I'm somewhat limited to what products I can get hold of. I'd like to get one of the Samsung external charger but I was wondering - as these are just running from the mains charger that you're using to charge the phone, is there any issue buying one of the non-Sammy, generic ones? I'd assume that the charger takes care of any overcharging issues - is that correct? If anyone has a link to any cheap genuine Samsung units, I'd be very pleased to have a look. I found one for £30 at Amazon, but it's a 1-3 month wait!
As for spare batteries, I've always gone for the Anker batteries and found them pretty good, and it's looking as though that's the only option for me at the mo - Amazon have them for £14 shipped where as the Powercell units are over £18. Any genuine ones for around £20? I'm not about to waste my money on the ebay cheapies!
Thanks for your time guys! :fingers-crossed:
Amazon buy anker,mpj,etc
I just recently purchased a standard Samsung battery from Amazon - http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00VIK5DOY
Although there are cheaper options, I made sure that I selected the one that was sold by Amazon themselves on the basis that they are very unlikely to sell fakes - the one I got for £10.63 with next day delivery on Prime certainly seems genuine to me.

Thanks for getting back to me with an actual product. How is the battery holding up? I'm really happy with the Anker one I bought - I'm getting about 1.5 days of moderate use and 5+ hours of SOT between charges. I don't use NFC at the mo so I don't know if this supports it, but as things stand I'd be happy to get another one or two. Does anyone know how to tell if theses "genuine Samsung" batteries are indeed, genuine? I remember reading up on it when I had the Note 3 and it was really tricky visually.
What about these external chargers - anyone had any experience of the non-Samsung ones?

The battery works fine for me, and is a definite improvement on the tired genuine battery it replaced.
Well, I've bought, what's labelled as a "genuine samsung extra battery kit". It's currently charging the enclosed battery in the external cradle. I'll try it in the phone to check if the NFC works to be sure that the battery is a genuine Sammy one, but any ideas on how to check the charging cradle?
Just bought a replacement battery direct from the Samsung UK site - £25 but worth it for the peace of mind. Free delivery.
EDIT: Ordered at 5:00pm, it's now the next morning and my battery has arrived - great speed for free delivery! (Now, if only Samsung could get their firmware updates out as fast!)
EDIT: Genuine Samsung packaging (with the window on the front of the box, and a plastic container for the battery) and manufacture date of last month, so fresh off the assembly line
I've just charged up the battery that came in the "kit". Appearance wise it looks identical (but dont most of them?!) but I just tried it with NFC and that worked - I thought the fakes didn't have the NFC chip - or have some of them started adding it or have I just got a genuine one for a really good price?!

Where did you buy it from?
I bought 3 Anker batteries last year and have been rotating them but I'm looking for one more unit as I'm going to Nepal and having an extra fully charged battery is really handy. The Anker batteries seem to have settled at £13.99 on Amazon, the POlarcells are £19.99 but the Ravpower ones are only £10.99 and have good reviews. I'm not a fan of the "genuine Samsung" roulette and would be happy to pick one of these 3, but so far the Ravpower one looks the most likely.
I've had no issues with the official Samsung batteries for the Note 4. Thought I did, turns out it was a issue with the Marshmallow OS update that stops you from fully charging a new battery on it. I can still charge the battery that originally came with my device though.

as I know there is no new original batteries for samsung note4 for sale at this moment. you should search for analogues. I know that Craftman batteries are good as original.
Well, after buying a Ravpower battery and going on my trip I'm very disappointed to say that they've all failed - one of the Anker units swelled as has the Ravpower one and the remaining 2 Anker ones randomly shut the phone down, and not just when they're running low either - it's happened when the battery is at 90% at times!
Anker have zero stock so issued refunds and I'm waiting to hear back from Ravpower but a quick look at their amazon.co.uk listing shows that they're out of stock here in the UK.
I'm in need of at least one fully functioning battery to test the phone (I've installed a different ROM to be sure it wasn't a software issue or rogue app). The only non generic one I can find is this - has anyone had any experience with them?
What about any other options - with such an active note 4 community, surely we're all in need of new batteries at some point - what do you use? (I don't want to spend £35-40 for a new Sammy unit on a phone that cost me £150!)
I'm hesitant to recommend this due to the aforementioned 'roulette', but I notice MyMemory have some 'new and improved one from the original manufacturer'. (can't post a link as a new poster)
I've ordered Samsung SD cards from MyMemory before and they've been fine, so they obviously have some distributor link to Samsung - not just random suppliers from Amazon. They also sell a small variety of Samsung accessories - ie they aren't a general mobile tat vendor.
However the bit that worries me is the 'new and improved' and 'The Note 4 battery has increased autonomy performance and fits perfectly in your smartphone.' - I haven't studied this, but I'm surprised that OEM batteries would change design after the phone's release.
They also have a 2-power battery - I've heard positive things about 2-power, but no experience myself.

I've also bought decent stuff from Mymemory as well but firstly they're too cheap and secondly the QR code is missing the unique serial number that genuine batteries should have (and are on the ones that Samsung UK were selling a couple of months ago). The S/N printed on the battery is actually a batch number.
I've had a couple of Ankers fail and was refunded without hassle by Anker. I have 3 RAVPower and one has been in use since last September and has been 'fast charged' almost daily with, so far, no problems.
Last year I would have bought one or two, tested them for capacity and then challenged the supplier when they fell short but I'm pretty much fed up with testing them now plus I have a decent stock for my Note 4s,
