How i can update to 2.16?
Can i relock to S-On after that?
I can downgrade to 2.15?

can we downgrade hboot with s-on?? i wonder why cant we s-off without any tools ? as (firewater/rumrunner ) cant s-off htc desire eye(h.b 3.19.000)
