I have old mi account which i used to unlock my redmi note 4 which i replaced with Note 7 Pro.
So i used the same account on Note 7 pro and tried to go to miui unlock website and it redirects me to the download page. I also tried to unlock bootloader but it failed and it gives unlock error-1.
Then i created new Mi account and logged in on Note 7 pro with this new account, but again when i visited miui unlock site it redirects me to download page instead of filling form page.
Please someone help i need to unlock bootloader.
Go to developer options and turn on 'OEM unlocking'. While you are there, go to 'Mi unlock status' and follow the instructions EXACTLY as stated. Use your old Mi Account (which you used to unlock RN4). Download Mi Unlock from the download page and run the software. Follow the steps EXACTLY as stated.
Make sure you have adb drivers installed and working correctly, and also that you have permission to unlock the bootloader.
If you are an active miui forum member (diamond or above) you can unlock your bootloader immediately.

before unlocking you should add the account in the mi unlock status option.

It doesn't work that way anymore (no more forms), first go to your developer settings and enable OEM unlocking and USB debugging, now go to the Mi Unlock option and bind the Mi account, now download the MiUnlock tool and right click and run as administrator, now it should detect your device, if not click on the settings icon in MiUnlock and select install drivers, now once the device is detected, click on unlock device, it would stop at 99% and give you a waiting time of 360hrs or more or less after the waiting period (it usually takes only 7 days) try unlocking again, this time it would be successful but it would format your data so better take a backup

Try adb and fastboot instead of Windroid
As I tried to explain in my post , this is not possible as the phone will not write the data sent. Thinking this is why windroid returns an error.

Did you enable OEM Unlocking the Developer Options menu? Still required...
I would also recommend doing it manually, the commands are easy and the process is simple... if something goes wrong you can see exactly what fails. Tools like Windroid are not really useful for simple tasks like this.
done oem unlock in developer options but not manually as im unsure how. please elaborate.

You need at least fastboot (you can get it from Minimal ADB & Fastboot)
Then follow the Moto official method which even using a tool you have to go through anyway to get the tokem

What model and variant? Is this a carrier locked phone or a Moto retail version?

UPDATE !!! : It seems that Xiaomi has patched the bug that allowed to easily unlock the Redmi Note 5 bootloader. Consequence, no more unofficial solution works to unlock the bootloader. We have to wait officially 15 days to unlock it.
Hi all,
I created this thread to provide a solution to all the owners of the Redmi Note 5 Global Version because I noticed that many of them could not unlock their bootloader.
This solution worked for me on the first try. You must have a Mi account beforehand.
Let's begin :
Create Mi Account registration with E-mail :
1- Visit https://account.xiaomi.com/pass/register
2- Select the country, enter your e-mail, date of birth and optionally subscribe to a newsletter.
3- Press “Create Mi Account”.
4- The new window will show up, where you need to enter a password.
5- Now check the e-mail you’ve entered, you should receive a confirmation letter.
6- Activate your account by clicking the activation link.
I used this Mi Unlock Tool version : https://www27.zippyshare.com/v/XbiIkf2j/file.html
Here are the steps I did (thanks to https://www.movilesdualsim.com/tema...dmi-note-5-conviene-leer-el-mensaje-1.190483/) :
1.- Enter your Mi account in Settings> Account> My Account (Warning !! Do not put your Mi account in Development Options).
2.- Go to Settings> About the Phone and press repeatedly on "MIUI Version" until a prompt appears stating that "Now the developer options are activated!"
3.- Go to Settings> System and Device> Additional> Options for Developers and activate the options "Unlock OEM" (you must activate it by clicking on "Unlock OEM", not on the switch, then accept the message) and, optionally, "USB Debugging".
4.- Turn off the phone.
5.- Execute as Administrator "My Flash Unlock" by right-clicking on the file "My Unlock.exe" and choosing the option "Open as administrator" from the drop-down menu. Then enter your Mi account.
6.- Press Power button and the Volume Down button same time until you see "Fastboot" screen then connect the phone to the computer.
7.- Wait for "My Flash Unlock" to recognize the phone and press "Unlock". Confirm and wait. You will see a percentage that goes up to 100%.
8.- Congratulations !! Your bootloader is now unlocked ! Enjoy !
Good luck everyone :fingers-crossed:
EDIT 1 : It seems that Xiaomi fixed this trick.
Try now with Mi Unlock Tool v2.3.803.10 version and see if it works again : https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=889764386195926335
.

Hey what step did you followed to unlock it?
as you would have added account in mi unlock status.
and this post didnt ask us to bind account in unlock status.
Hi ,
I'm into rooting my black shark 3 , as you know I should unlock bootloader first, and to do that I have to become developer , enable OEM unlocking , enable USB debugging and authorize Mi Unlock in " Mi Unlock Status " .
My problem is: I can't see " Mi Unlock Status " option, I found it normally in my another Xiaomi device.
I have to root my device as soon as possible, is there any way? Help please.
I'm not sure on this one. Google search some says is not locked since says it is.
I found a guide on cyanmod forums on how to unlock bootloader from adb. You can try finding it. I can't post external links here.

Thank you for help, unfortunately I tried unlocking from adb and it gives me the following :
Code:
FAILED (remote: Token Verify Failed, Reboot the device)
And it's locked since I can see the device state from the fastboot screen.
------
Another info that may help:
- The device is new, I unboxed it and started to unlock it.
- It's global version, and the model no. is SHARK KLE-H0
Me too need to unlock bootloader
How to Unlock Xiaomi Black Shark 3 SHARK KLE-H0 boot loader please any expert can help i tried Miunlock Tool but parameter error....... tried adb no luck........
Hello everyone, I've recently tried to root my Redmi Note 9 (merlinnfc) The OEM in Dev options is turned on, and the only problem is, there's no way to fix the " FAILED (remote: 'Token verification failed') " error message.
I have everything i need, there's the magisk zip on the phone, and i have the TWRP image for it. ( un-official, there's not official TWRP image for 9+)
Yes, i do have platform-tools, and the vbmeta/vb images in case i accidentally brick my phone.
The only thing i need to do is unlock the boot loader.
Any way's to unlock it? PS: I've tried MiUnlock, my country's unssuported. (It dosen't work. No verification message, turns out my region isn't supported)
I don't trust any "One Click Root" apps, since they're either malware, or unsupported. And they might brick my phone anywyas.
Mi Version: 12..0.5 (Most Recent Security Patch, most likely not any firmware patches, so the fastboot method should work)\
Best Regards - FriendlyChemist

I don't understand what you mean by your region is unsupported, care to elaborate?
I recommend trying MI Unlock again, using the latest one might work.
See this post for details.
If it still doesn't work then follow this thread here as stated by the user:
Goodmorning, i succeeded to unlock (appearantly) with Mi Unlock Tool. Don't have to wait 3 days, because i have permission with my Mi account right away. This time.
But i overlooked the simple solution. I put the Mi Unlock Tool in a folder in C:
Before it was still in folder Download with a link to my dashboard. That did not work. In folder in C: it worked immediately.

It should work fine if you have the credentials necessary or waiting for couple of days.
Lastly should anything go awry in the process or you're really desperate you can view this thread. The cable method works better than the test point method.
Hopefully i helped.
You can try to register on miui. Tell them you are developer. You need unlock code. It is not necessary that your country is not supported. You can get unlock code. Some Mi model are ready for unlock.

The unofficial tool uses the same method of the official unlock tool to unlock bootloader.
If both gives you error, either it's temporary error, or some steps you did not fulfill from the phone side.
Go over with my guide and check the details one by one.
Reboot PC and phone.

Login to https://i.mi.com/?_locale=en and sign in with your Mi Account. It will show connected device, check whether your device is online or not, and remove all other devices from site as well as mobile phone. If your device not showing online on i.mi.com go to Settings > Sync >Off and On
From your mobile go to developer option and enable oem unlock and usb debugging.
If you have uninstall some apps with ADB commands or some other tools, install all those system apps back with the command and tools. Reboot after doing this.
See if it helps.
If it still does not help, logout Xiaomi account from both your phone and your PC.
Then login both again.
If none help, then request bootloader unlock again. Might need to wait another 7 days again though.

So after logging in to https://i.mi.com/?_locale=en, I only had my redmi note 7, so I deleted it, and did as you said, I went to Setting>Accounts & Sync. But the only options I found there was Auto-sync data, which was off so I turned it on, and Sync now, which I did. But even after that, my Poco X3 Pro still doesn't show up in https://i.mi.com/?_locale=en
Have you logged to Mi account from your phone using "Mi unlock status" in developer options? First time I did I forgot to disable WiFi and it failed. You have to use SIM card and data connection for this purpose.
