I can't get mine to load past the login screen. Is anyone else having this problem

I am new to the site. i have a my touch 4g from t-mobile andi was running CM9 fine. last night i tried to flash another rom and my phone started resetting and i was getting a cut in half LG logo. It lasts about 5 mins. the goes into a black screen with white letters that says " DEMIGOD CRASH HANDLER:A MODEM CRASH HAS OCCURED" it is also accompanied by a list of command lines. the phone will not do anything but that screen!!!! I've tried "hard reset"with nothing happening. Can someone be kind enough to help me out with this? I cannot do anything with this phone but that screen. am i screwed?
I have discovered and odd glitch that only seems to happen on the g920v. When in setup it restarts infinitly.
The situation: verizon activation servers are down

The glitch happens shortly after letting your screen suspend. Why? I have no idea
My Nexus has a display problem and i'm trying to troubleshoot what the issue is and I'm wondering if anyone could help as it's not obvious where the issue lies.
What happened is I was using it as normal this morning and then the screen started flickering to different sizes/colours until it finally just went off. It was almost like it is trying to find the correct refresh rate and the colours appeared polarised at one point. After holding power down to reset it, the google logo appeared and then the spinning dots. Once the boot was complete the android logo appeared and then as soon as the main screen was displayed the display cuts off with a white pixelated mist and shuts off. The phone is still running as if I connect via HDMI I can see everything as normal however the phone responds extremely slowly. I can get into recovery however the screen quickly does some strange things, it flips like a mirror and cuts 1/3 of the screen off.
I'm not sure if this is a LCD problem as its a replacement from ebay that I've been using for a few weeks now. I would suspect that before anything else however it's odd the pre boot logos display fine. I've checked and cleaned all connections however it's still doing it. I'm running stock 5.1.1 rooted.
All of a sudden a number of multicolored dots started appearing on the side of my screen. I called Samsung and they said I need to send it back, around 2 weeks without my phone. Anyway I can fix this without sending it back? Anyone seen this issues before? Any ideas?
Send it back, I had that same issue on my note 5. It started small like that and eventually took almost a quarter of the screen.
My Samsung keeps stopping with black screen when playing COD. It also hangs and takes a while to exit game. Then it goes back to normal.
It's really scary, anyone experienced this before?
I'll appreciate any help
